Had a strong wind to come through which blew off gutters from the home. I told Vernon this was not a big job and I did not want to waste his time, but needed help. Vernon said he would come early the next morning and take a look at things. He showed up Sunday morning, on time, saw what needed to be done, and corrected the problem without hesitating. Vernon is honest, reliable, and a good hearted person.

They are great, efficient, they did a good job, very honest and I will highly recommend them to others.

Vern and his apprentice were prompt and efficient. It was pleasant to overhear them talking and laughing as they worked. As it turned out, an additional downspout was required that had not been included in the estimate, and Vern offered to comp that. We were impressed at his offer, but suggested we split the difference. He took us around afterwards and explained the tweaks that had been necessary, even though they were totally unnoticeable. Thanks, Vern for a good job. :-)

This company is a total scam / ripoff Here is how he does business. Advertises a gutter deal you pay he makes excuses why he cannot do the work, truck broke down, behind on other jobs, bad weather, etc. He strings you out long enough that Angie's list will not offer a refund. Then you are stuck. Money gone, no services provided. This is theft. Angie's list and Triax are a ripoff. $349.00 stolen

Vernon was friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions during the bid process (and was on time!). On the day of installation, they did a good job putting up the gutters. He was very particular about getting things just right, which I appreciated.

Very good job. This was the 2nd time I've used them. They worked **** ** a hot day on high ladders and did quality work complete to my satisfaction.

Overall went great. Great quality and workmanship, very responsive,, I purchased a deal and had some extra work done, all was very reasonably priced. The only thing was little difficult was trying to get on the schedule, took me two calls over the span of several weeks to schedule, but then who is not busy? Those who are good are very busy in this economy. I would recommend to my friends and will use them in the future.

The previous owner allowed rain water to fall and pool next to the foundation and I wanted a resolution. A chain link fence had been installed up against the down spout on one corner of the house. On two other corners, the down spout was intended to be attached to a buried section of 3" flexible irrigation pipe yet the downspouts were 2" too short to enter the pipe and were about 2" off center anyway. Being new to the Pacific Northwest and all these beautiful cedar and pine trees (i.e. tons of needles in the gutters) I was also interested in hearing about gutter guards and getting a quote. <br /> I talked to Vern on the phone first and we discussed my situation. Firstly, and one of the reasons why I was happy to use Vern, he helped me understand the benefits and drawbacks of gutter guards which led me to decide not to get them. You should understand, Vern installs gutter guards. So, for him to essentially talk me out of them because they weren't right for me is not something I'm used to. I'm used to contractors pouncing on any opportunity to sell me something I don't really need (or even want in the long run). <br /> Vern arrived promptly to look at my property and understand the work I wanted to get done. He listened carefully to what I wanted to accomplish and provided me with a sound solution at a reasonable price. Vern left me with a written estimate of the work that needed to be done and a rough timeline when he would be out in my area to perform the work. He arrived at the scheduled time to perform the work. The work was done professionally and to my satisfaction. <br /> I couldn't have asked for more. It went exactly as I could have hoped for - no sales pitch, no drama - just a professional providing an excellent service. Will definitely use again. Thank you Vern. <br />

It took longer, maybe 3-4 weeks before they came out. I was thinking that a section of gutter would be replaced but we ended up just keeping that section, but putting an additional downspout in. Now I have to deal with water that's coming down the downspout. From a design water flow around the house and everything, it would have been better just to replace the existing section of gutter to fix it because the water was overflowing the gutter when it rained heavily. It was because the gutter was either not exactly straight or didn't have a slight incline so the water would run down correctly. It was puddling in the gutters and so when it rained heavily, it would overflow the gutter. I would have been more satisfied if they would have been able to just replace the gutter. At that time, they did get my agreement and put in the additional downspout. I was not satisfied with having an additional downspout now. Their price was definitely reasonable. Once they came out, it was good. It took them a while to get out and they were having problems with their phone at that time. A lot of these smaller places cannot afford to get somebody to answer the phone. They have to either use a messaging system or call me back. Whatever it was, they didn't get my message and didn't get back to me. I think it would have been a more quality solution to keep the same gutter design as the house originally had.
