We had the pleasure of working with tribal waters for a pool at our new build. The process was easy, completed on time and everyone we worked with was amazing. Jim helped us step by step with the planning, Yolanda communicated and organized the process every step of the way and Dion made the actual build a breeze. 10/10!

Had them for a few years for maintenance, they are a good value but far from the best.

Josh came today and was professional, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. We will definitely use them for all our pool needs.

Dave, Brandon, Dion and the whole Tribal Waters team were great to work with. My resurfacing project was seamless. They were informative about the PebbleSheen product and remained available to me for questions even after project completion. Very reasonable pricing (relative to three other bids), great communication and finished product; just an all around good experience. Would certainly recommend Tribal Waters to friends and family.

We worked with Tribal Waters for our new build, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Chris guided us step by step through the design and planning process, making sure every detail was just right. Yolanda kept us consistently informed with weekly updates and gave us clear insights on what to expect in each phase of construction. Dion oversaw the build itself, ensuring everything went smoothly and was always available to answer our questions about pool safety and city inspections. The whole team made the process easy and stress-free—we couldn’t be happier with the results.

They are horrible communicators, take no responsibility for shotty work or damage to your property, and their customer service is horrendous!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Absolute nightmare.

Great ideas---poor execution ever! Worst experience ever-sloppy work, they hired other companies to perform work and didn't guarantee that work. Issue after issue. Just about anything they do, required them coming back to fix mistakes that were made. Took no ownership of any mistakes. Highly unorganized. Crew was late and sloppy. Never took remaining trash that was left. Worst experience ever!

<p>This was the worst experience we've ever had with a contractor. I have about 8 pages of notes documenting our interactions with this provider, but I have summarized the major issues below.</p> <p>1) The length of time it took to complete the work was much longer than we were lead to belive it would be. We signed the contract in the middle of March 2013. They began filling the pool on August 31 and we were still dealing with them to try and get things right in mid-October 2013 when we basically gave up. I don't believe there was anything significantly difficult about our pool - it is pretty straight forward without a lot of extra features and we didn't try to make any changes along the way. There was one two-week time period and one other weekend when we told them they could not have access to our yard, but those were the only delays on our part.</p> <p>2) The workmanshp was very poor. The grout is already falling out and the deck is uneven. Pumps and so forth were incorrectly installed/set up. They had to come back and fix things several different times. They had even thrown stuff in the trash that we actually needed.</p> <p>3) They had no respect for our time or our property. They damaged several items on our property through negligence and would leave without telling us something was damaged. The one time we did have them come back out and fix something, it ended up worse off than it was after they damaged it. There were several days when we were told someone would be out to do some work when nobody would arrive and other days when they would show up without any warning. I know it was an and quot;inconvenienceand quot; to them that we asked for notification before somebody needed in our backyard because we keep the gate locked. We have very legitimate reasons for this (including an attempted break-in) and we explained it to them, but apparently that just didn't matter. All we asked was somebody give us some notice - even an hour would have been enough on most occasions - so we could make sure the gate was unlocked for them. We also would have appreciated calls to let us know when they weren't going to make it. </p> <p>4) We found them to be unprofessional. We requested a meeting with the owner and never heard back although we were told a couple of different times he would be in touch with us. After we requested the meeting with the owner, a and quot;quality controland quot; person was sent to our house (another forgotten appointment that had to be re-scheduled) and he spent hardly any time there and basically blew off most of our concerns. We ended up with a check for $150 to compensate us for one of the most minor issues we had raised.</p> <p>I could go on and on and we are still debating contacting AROC.</p> <p>The only bright spots were the ladies in the office and I'm sure they were sick of hearing from me.</p> <p>The sad thing is, they cost themselves future business from us. We have a 1/2 acre lot and our whole backyard needs to be finished - landscaping, built-in grill, etc. Had they done a decent job on the pool, we would have contracted with them to work on the other stuff as well. There is no way we would use them now, we don't want them anywhere near our property again.<br /> </p> <br /> <br />

It took nearly a year to finish our pool. We had to file a complaint with the registrar of contractors to get them to finish our pool. I do not recommend them.

Salesperson, Cully was very helpful start to finish, from giving us bids on interior finishes (plaster, pebble tec, pebble sheen), to cap and water line tile selection and was always available by phone with any questions or concerns we had. Jesse and crew began demolition of old plaster, cap/water line tile on January 20th and were finished with new interior on February 3rd. New pool equipment and light in place as well. Following week, Les their pool technician, came out and programmed Easy Touch panel to control pump, light, and sheer descents. Everyone at Tribal Waters, from sales person (Cully), to demo/plaster/tile crew (Jesse and team), plumbers, electricians, and pool technician (Les) did a great job. Would highly recommend them to anyone considering a pool remodel.

I was very happy with the finished results. They were always right on time to do the job. They never left a mess at the end of the day and always worked very efficiently with their time. It took about a week and a half for everything to be done and we thought it would take 2 or 3 weeks.
