TRI COUNTY HANDYMAN SERVICE

Preston Silvey came and signed contract with us on February 7 and we agreed on terms deposit and what work he should do. We gave him 1500.00 and he started the next day. Always late showing up with his so called crew and started painting our bunkhouse. He kept saying tell me what you think or where I need to fix things which was odd as he was the supposed pro. He never completed our bunkhouse left it a mess with light fixtures and door handles off. Next he had one of his crew start in our upstairs bedroom. Same situation. Unfinished paint on countertops and nothing put back up. On February 12 he snuck out and texted my husband the job wasn’t working out. His contract had very specific completion details as to completion. My husband text back told him our gate was locked and to make his offer. He also left scaffolding that did not belong to him and we called around to get it back to rightful company. I tried working with his insurance company and he does not carry professional liability. This has caused undue amount of stress on me and my husband. We live rural and have a hard time finding anyone to help us. Now we have to live in our home until someone can get to it two months away.

Great job! It was raining and they worked through it. The job was more than originally thought so they ran out of time. I am in Jeff City and it was storming next morning and after it cleared they where at my house within an hour and finished the job for my kids!! Awesome job

Preston did a fantastic job! I had people renting out our place that had issues with our dryer and our A/C not working. He was able to respond to my request very quickly even on the weekend and odd hours of the day! Truly appreciate how quick and helpful he was. Great, took care of tuning mowers and finished some deck staining work for me at the lake. Kept me updated with pics as project proceeded. I plan to use Tri-County Handyman again.
