The specialist arrived early and was well prepared to perform the duties. Since I had experienced a water leak in the ceiling above my family room, there was a need to seal the stain and prepare the ceiling so that the water marks were covered. He was prepared with several different products for coverage and performed the job well. He covered the floors and the furniture and professionally painted my ceiling. He cleaned up after the job and even took the empty paint container. I would highly recommend this contractor and will use his services again.

The owner Pat came to my home, told me what stain he recommend to be put on my front wood steps and railings. He gave me a great price. I was told he would be here on Friday, but he was able to do the job on Thursday. Pat did an awesome job and I would highly recommend him. Pat also is doing my bathroom and the price for that was also great.

Pat gave a reasonable estimate for building a wood step and repair/paint weather damaged wood on my front bay window; however, he did not give me a written invoice after the job was complete and that was my mistake for not getting one from hi. He showed up on time for the project and did a good job. He was neat and did an O.K. job with clean up My suggestion is that Pat should invest in a hand-held vacuum to better clean up saw dust,etc.

. He did all kinds of projects from rewiring a lamp to redoing my kitchen floor including replacing some sub floor. He painted the inside and made no mess. He worked for hours trying to make my front door stable. Pat was always on time. He was very friendly, and he was always very clean. The dogs liked him. I willcall him anytime i need anything done. He was an awesome find. His fees are reasonable too!
