Within 5 minutes of spraying a natural product that doesn?t hurt the bats they flew out. 2 days later returned and used fogger to sterilize the space and closed it up. They also give a one year warranty.

I contacted Ben when I had 2 skunks spray my dogs in several early mornings, and noticed, they were under my home. Ben was very professional and arranged a contract to trap the skunks and repair the old, damaged wiring. My efficient friendly professional worked was Caleb. Over the next 2 weeks he successfully trapped those 2 skunks in a human removal method. He then repaired all of my damaged crawl space wiring. It is all sealed up. No more skunks living under my home. I highly reckoned TriCounty Trappers!

Kaleb did an amazing job taking care of the skunk that had taken up residence under our house. He amazed us by going under the house to find it...very brave we thought! He said "it's what I do"! When he was sure the skunk was gone he sanitized and sealed all possible entry points. He was efficient, clean and gave us confidence that he could take care of everything. My daughter says saved our Christmas!!

We had a variety of pests at our Orange County property. The pests were entering from multiple openings in and around our condo attic. Some had even entered into our living area. TriCounty came in and assessed the situation and gave our HOA a couple options. TriCounty began the process by first closing all entry points. Next, they set traps and monitored any potential activity for 2 weeks. Once they confirmed there was no activity, they scheduled the complete removal of all debris including insulation. Once the debris was removed, they completely sanitized the entire attic and replaced with new insulation. We are completely satisfied with their attention to detail and their care for the cleanliness of our property and living area. I’ve had gopher issues at my home every year. I’ve tried out different companies and referrals before coming across TriCounty. Nick went above and beyond and took the time to explain the what and why, and most importantly was consistent and reliable. He caught a live gopher from my backyard during one of his visits, while we were standing there chatting, which was amazing. If any of you have dealt with gophers, you know how hard it is to 1) get rid of them 2) have a company that will come back after a couple visits. The company overall is very easy to deal with and responsive to communications. I definitely and highly recommend TriCounty.

Professional company, but the traps did not work for my opossum problem, I had to end up removing my cypress trees that the opossums ruined.

After hearing noise from our attic‘s often on for the last few months I decided to finally call and have it inspected. Shortly after I spoke with Benjamin on the phone he stated that he would come by and do an inspection to further investigate what the noise is and where it came from exactly. A day later Benjamin came to my house did a thorough inspection on not only my attic but my entire property and found there was multiple holes leading into our attic which created a safe haven for rats to nest and live. I decided after his recommendation to get a complete overhaul on our entire attic which included illuminating all of the current insulation cleaning up all the rat feces and disinfecting then afterwords relaying brand new insulation. I was amazed on what not only did I see in the pictures of how bad my attic looked and smelled but even was more amazed after he completed sealing up the holes disinfecting my entire attic and laying down the new insulation. Ben also mentioned that there was multiple spots where the insulation was not laying down correctly which causes either air-conditioning or heat leakage which results in higher electricity costs. So very grateful for the service that was provided to our family and would definitely recommend them for anyone who’s looking to get the job done right!
