Trident Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Had a leak under the claw space and i called this guys due to the very good review and i wont regret at all. They were very prompt on calling me back and sending a great technician named Audel. He was very professional and explained everything detail by detail what has to get done and how much would cost and he got done so fast as well. I have another project to do and i definitely will call this guys again. Thanks, Angi for the refer.

Audel redid the plumbing under our sink and installed a new faucet. He was super quick and was really nice/patient with questions. He was super quick and did a great job!

Was referred to Trident by another local plumber we trust for a toilet leak issue, and had a really great experience! Our issue wasn't emergent, so they sent out Luke a few days after I called, who diagnosed the issue right away and confirmed my thought that it was probably time for a new toilet as well due to additional leaking from the base (ours was 30 years old). Luke scheduled us in for the pipe repair and new toilet 2 days later, with a great bid (I'd researched costs recently and it was very reasonable). He also stayed in touch over text well into the evening when I had questions about new toilet selection, arrived on time, worked quickly, answered all my questions, and left everything better than he found it. I would definitely call Trident again for future plumbing needs!

Trident Plumbing was a life saver. Our new home (2021) has had issues with a guest bath since day one. Consistently stopping up. Landon from Trident came out the first visit, pulled the commode and scoped the drain pipes. Everything looked OK. The problem continued. I called another plumber and he told us the problem had to be in the septic system. I called a Septic Company and had our septic system inspected. Everything looked ok. After almost two years of issues I called Trident one last time. There had to be a reason. Matthew Gardner came out and crawled under the house to try and find an answer. He found the vent for that bathroom was not located correctly and was the root of the problem. Luckily the home was still covered by the new home warranty so the builder gladly came back and reconfigured the drain pipes for that bathroom. Thanks again to Matthew for being able to spot the problem! Trident was very professional and great to work with. I highly recommend.

He was able to provide service the same day we called, bringing along a state-of-the-art camera system and underground pipe locator. I was so amazed with Devon who came out last year during COVID and this year Landon. Both were equally professional cordial and knew their business well, super fast and knowledgeable. I am very jovial with Trident and will be using them time and time again. I will inform all my friends and family about Trident's amazing work. I applaud this company for a phenomenal job and again Devon and Landon were simply the best.

Devon was fantastic. He called ahead to try and make sure he could come with the right parts. He fixed a leaky faucet, sink drain and toilet. Also replaced an Instahot tank and moved around the filter to give us more space. Super nice guy and also showed us some helpful things while he was here (we had no idea where the house shutoff was). Cost was quite reasonable - a bit over $500. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent. Landon was very professional and knowledgeable. The house is very old (100 years) and required multiple tools and several hours to access and unclog the kitchen pipe from years of accumulated grease. Landon was very thorough and only left after ensuring everything was working as it should. Highly recommend.

My parents' rental property was having awful sewage issues and we were desperate for help. Landon was able to come out same day and fixed all of our problems in a timely manner. He gave us a great deal (much cheaper than any other company) and took the time to answer all of our questions and explain everything to the renters with a smile on his face.
