The service went very well. The painters did an awesome job. They painted a large outside wall around the property. There were no additional fees for the job and I thought the deal was a great value. They were very responsive and easy to schedule. The painters were very professional and did a really good job. They were also very personable.

It went extremely well.  Alex and his cousin showed up right on time, and were very pleasant and thorough.  They patiently waited for me to run to the paint store and get the primer, and in the meantime they taped off all of the ceilings, removed light switches, etc.  They also kindly took down the mirrors and paintings on the walls, and even moved some furnishings out of the way (my son was supposed to have this done, but he overslept)....far beyond what I expected of them.  Nothing was too much of a problem for Trifecta.  They could not have been nicer.  They put in a very long day, as I have a large home with 10 foot ceilings, and they made certain that everything was back in place before they left.  I would absolutely use them again.  They were very focused on ensuring that I was happy with the color, and constantly communicated with us throughout the day.  I was expecting one person, and I was pleasantly surprised to have this team.  I would highly recommend Trifecta. <br />

3/7/2014:  When the Tri-Fecta team arrived, I asked if they would need to cut out the areas of sheetrock where the bad ?patches? were, and Alex said the last person that tried to patch the areas hadn't 'floated' it correctly and that's why the patches that were done previously were quite visible.  He said he didn?t need to cut into the sheetrock to fix it but that it could be  'floated' correctly and that would correct the problem.  He then proceeded to ?float? the areas with new plaster and then went to Lowes to get a can of spray on texture.  The Tri-Fecta team were in my home for a total of approximately 1 hour.   <br /> Prior to his departure, Alex told me that I should get some very fine sand paper and, once dry, sand the spots that had been 'fixed', then paint them.  I didn't really understand why he would not have stayed to finish that work himself, as I considered it part of the job and he had only been at my home for approximately 1 hour.  But I didn't ask.  He also made sure to ask for a 'good review' on Angie's List. <br /> I did as he instructed and following the painting, the areas were more visible and looked worse than they had before he came. <br /> After the mess, on 5/6/2014 I sent a note through Angie's List asking if he would like to come out again to see what he could do to make it better and so I didn't have to post a bad review.   <br /> On 5/7/2014 I received a call from a nice woman in his office stating that he was out of the country for a funeral and that he would contact me upon his return.  That's the last I heard from Tri-Fecta. <br /> <br /> <em><strong>REBUTTAL TO COMPANY RESPONSE:</strong> 1.   Alex never said he would have to charge more for 'finishing' the job. 2.  The problem is the texture DOES NOT MATCH.  Which is what I clearly explained in my request and what he admits was 'the job' in his response. </em>

Everything looks beautiful. The service was quick. The guy was professional, and he showed up on time.

Alex installed new granite countertops in my kitchen. I wrote a great review bc I was happy at the result and price. However it seems you truly do get what you pay for. Alex came in significantly cheaper than other bids and I think I now know why. After a few weeks a bunch of weird spots started showing up on my black countertops. We had been diligently cleaning the counters with granite cleaner and taking really good care of them. Despite our efforts more and more of what look like water spots or something keep showing up. We did a little research and there are a number of things that could be going wrong all having to do with shotty work when sealing, fake granite, or grey granite that was stained to give the illusion it's black. Either way we were really disappointed since the counters were so new. We have tried to get in touch with Alex but he's disappeared off the face of the earth and as others say his voicemail is full, he doesn't return calls or texts. Beware.

THey arrived on time and did all the work in an efficient and high quality manner.

Phone calls were handled in a personable and timely manner, as were emails. The job was completed quickly, with precision and skill. Alex even went as far as "fixing" and covering up some patches made by another plasterer... never mentioned that the previous job looked awful... just fixed it at no extra charge. Would I hire Trifecta again? In a heartbeat. <br />
