Trinity was right on time. The technician took a look at the current situation, assessed what needed to be done, gave me a reasonable quote and after accepting, he got right to work. He needed to leave to get a part needed and promptly returned to complete the job. He answered all my questions and made sure the dishwasher was properly working and draining before he left. I've already done a load of dishes and I'm completely satisfied with the professional service provided.

Trinity appliances were professional and knowledgeable. They were clear about the costs of parts and labor. They were honest about whether it would be worthwhile to repair the appliance compared to buying a new one.

Repairman arrived. Performed diagnostics. Determined what he thought was the defective part. A pump motor. The same repairman returned a few days later and replaced washing machine pump motor. There after during the first wash, the machine made unfamiliar loud, noises. Additionally, the wash cycle were much longer than usual. Called Trinity and they had the repairman return. He ran a few short diags and left. Soon after the machine’s operation became worse, especially loud noises and extremely long wash cycles. Called Trinity and they scheduled another repair person. This person was difficult to understand. I understood him to say he would return and perform more troubleshooting. Now is time to cut my losses and ask Trinity not to return.

Trinity Appliance Repair was top-notch from beginning to end. I truly appreciated that most of my questions and concerns were addressed through text before a technician even arrived. Their next-day service availability was a pleasant surprise as was their arriving early in the time frame quoted. The technician was a polite, knowledgeable, and efficient professional. I highly recommend Trinity and give as many stars as can be given!

I had to disconnect a gas line from my dryer and was too scared to do it on my own. The technicians who came by were super nice and were totally understanding and helpful. They offered to charge me nothing for it, which is pretty amazing considering they are putting their own health and safety at risk coming in to people's houses during COVID. I can't recommend them enough.

A part had to be ordered, so there was a delay. However, we were kept advised by James in the main office. Workers Max and Tommy, who came to our house for the initial assessment and eventual repair of our dishwasher, performed admirably and professionally to complete the repair work.

They did a good job. They came on time and they were quick. They exceeded my expectation for the quality of the work and pricing.

Excellent work. The specialists first came last week to review the breakdown and estimate it. We agreed to complete the work within the next week. Just as expected, the dispatcher called this morning and offered a convenient appointment window. The specialists arrived on time, appeared very knowledgeable, dealt with the dishwasher with speed and care. Along with fixing the breakdown, they aligned a couple of other issues-waiting-to-happen and shared helpful advice. I'm very happy with their work and plan to work with them again when I need appliances service/repair/tune-up.

It went good on a scale of 1 to 5 they were 4. They came and did their job.
