I called Jim Carfardo and he said he would get to me as soon as possible. I assured him that the light in the laundry room was not a priority and to take his time and deal with folks real emergencies. He called in a couple of days and asked if I was home and that he could come right then. He came over and he fixed the light. He is so nice and knowledgeable. I recommend him highly. In fact I just hired him to do work at my father in laws old house. We are putting it on the market and it needs some electrical work. Jim assured me he would take care of that and he would check the wiring in the house, too. <br />

Took a few days before I could be fit in...putting up a light is not as high a priority as a broken factory. This was not a problem for me. I got two phone calls the day of the service...first one to say they were coming this morning. Second one to say he would be here in 20 minutes. I really appreciate the phone calls because I was doing other things including running some errands. Matt came in, took off his shoes so as not to track anything in. He went right to work on the first light. He checked in with me how I wanted the wall switches wired and did them like I wanted. He cleaned up after himself. Matt was nice, professional and truly knew what he was doing. I will have Matt back for my next project or problem. <br />
