Trinity was absolutely Lämborginee!
Chris showed up right on time and did an outstanding job. He is highly competent at what he does, and it shows in every detail. I was especially impressed that he arrived in a clean truck, was dressed professionally, and maintained a clean workspace throughout the job?he even vacuumed before leaving.
I will definitely be using him again for my other properties. I?d rate him a 12 out of 10! Most importantly, he truly takes pride in his work?and that makes all the difference.

Trinity was the most reasonably priced contractor to install my smart thermostat. James was really helpful and also helped diagnose some additional issues that were going on with my system while he was here, but in no way made me feel pressured to do additional work right now. I now know what to look for to avoid issues in the future and will absolutely call them first when I'm ready for a new air conditioner!

Trinity HVAC got in touch with me right away and their communication was excellent, letting me know when someone could come out and they showed up as scheduled. Chris inspected the unit inside and outside to assess the situation then thoroughly explained the problem before doing the work. He provided a follow-up email with the invoice showing the detailed items that were repaired and photos.

I called on a Sunday morning. I purchased a new Ecobee smart thermostat and had trouble wiring it. I really was hoping to get it done immediately, but I was a little apprehensive about if that was possible and also if it would be very expensive. Chris’s called me almost immediately after I posted my request. He came out literally within about an hour. He was really knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. The cost was very fair. I can’t imagine anything going better. I absolutely recommend.

Just a "simple" ecobee install. Tech had a minor issue with my AC unit (it's 100%my unit) and didn't even attempt to upcharge us.

Chris has come twice to service the HVAC in our new home, and both times he was very friendly and professional. This time he spent over an hour checking both the central AC and the mini-split in the ADU. I got the impression that he is knowledgeable and straight-forward. I definitely trust him and his recommendations for which components should be replaced and when. It was also helpful that he reminded me to do the summer tune-up without being pushy. I can easily recommend Trinity!

I asked for help on Yelp where a Rat got stuck in my air condition system the exterminator told me I'd have to call the company to come out and remove the unit, not only did Chris call very fast he came out very quickly and said that very unusual request but will be able to do it and remove the rodent acid wash the unit and even did the second unit where he didn't have to this is a great company and I had given my daughter his number to get in AC unit they wanted in the house because you could trust this person 100% a great company and a great person
