Great! My request was answered very quickly by Mike Barber. He was able to make the repair on the spot and did a great job and the price was great also.

The work went well. David is very professional and very straightforward in communicating what he can and can't do and the time and money it will take. I would recommend him without reservation.

We were called about setting up an appointment by the next day.  He came out & looked first to be sure that it was something he could do, then came back & did the job.  I had an old stove top & bought a newer one that turned out to be bigger than the hole in the countertop, so the main thing was getting the hole cut.  He needed to be sure that the structure underneath where the new hole would be was sturdy.  He cut the hole & put in the new stove top & it's working great.  He was very nice & professional.  The price was a set fee for a certain number of hours & he did not exceed the time that I bought.  I would absolutely use him again. <br />

The prices are reasonable and comparable.  He is excellent.  He was a couple on months out but I really likeed him so I waited for him.  He did a good job.  I feel that I could trust him.  He shows up exactly when he said he would.

<p>I contacted David on Monday to see if he could paint my bedroom before new carpet was installed. Also, I needed it painted after I got home from work.  The carpet was to be installed on Saturday morning.  He came and painted Thursday and Friday nights.  He did an excellent job.  </p> <br />

This is a solo venture by an experienced, high-level older gentleman--sort of a semi-retirement career. We contacted him in late May & specified that the job (replacing ~ 25 linear feet of masonite siding, plus reframing exterior wood around 3 large windows that was done a few years prior in a slipshod manner) was not an emergency. He was good about contacting us, set up initial inspection & estimate within a couple of weeks. Said that it would be a few more weeks until job could be done. Rainy weather intervened, etc., but he came out & did job in early Aug. Siding was much more time-consuming to pry off than he'd anticipated--really nailed in well!--but he did a careful  job, was happy to answer non-related home maintenance questions, and really didn't add much to initial estimate, considering how much longer it took. Very professional, and upfront about knowing his professional strengths and limitations. Returned 2 days later at my request to fix/install 2 malfunctioning doorknobs, again charging a very reasonable amount considering the time and labor involved (taking off door, rerouting hole). Would definitely use again. <br />

David was able to quickly arrange for having a few rooms in my house painted prior to move in. I had planned on painting myself, but ran out of time. With only a few days notice, he was able to send someone out, Mike, to complete the job. I'm glad he happened to have the availability with such short notice! Both David and Mike were responsive and easy to work with. I'd certainly recommend this company for interior paint, and expect David has a similar degree of professionalism with other jobs. Good find on Angie's list <br />

Great. Painter Mike came to the house early and prepared. He called that morning to verify the apptment. The job was much smaller than the normal painting job so I used only the hours provided in the advertised "special". Even though Dave was busy with bigger projects based on the special offer, he fit me in very quickly to the schedule and made sure my project was complete. I would call Dave again if I have a larger project because his quote for the whole house painting job was reasonable. Painter Mike was personable and knowledgeable and the entire experience was positive. <br />

David arrived on time. He was very personable and polite. Two ceilings fans were replaced in the garage and some light work was done on the ceiling fan in the living room. We are preparing the home for sale and David gave advice on how to resolve other issues. I used a coupon from angieslist and received four hours of service for $119.00. I am satisfied with the service provided. <br />

David started on March 10th and will finish our project on April the 4th.  He and Matthew Farmer worked as a team to complete the multitude of tasks we assigned to them.  They showed up everyday by 8am.  They were both reliable and trust worthy as we never were concerned about them making progress.  David gave us progress reports daily.  This is the second major project that David has worked on for us.  If you need a handyman who is good and has outstanding character and integrity: don't look any further:call David !! HE IS AWESOME!! <br />

I haven't seen the work yet, but he gave me a really great price (property management companies were quoting me over $2,000) and I haven't heard from my renter yet, so it must have gone well.. He emailed me a very detailed breakdown of what he did, so I could see the price and explanation of each individual service.

Paul was right there for the inspection, estimate and work.  He used Matthew Farmer for the work.  Very professional. prompt, personable, would use him for any repair on the house. <br />
