Trio installed a Trex deck for us. They showed up on time, did an exceptional job, and kept us informed every step of the way. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Andrea is a wealth of knowledge! She was a consummate professional, excellent listener, and understood our needs from the word "go". Her expertise in town permits, construction and drafting, as well as her knowledge of structural engineers, is the only reason we were able to get our project moving. I wish I had known Andrea and her company, Trio Construction, months ago - but at least I do now and you can bet we will recommend them to everyone and anyone who is willing to listen. All of our concerns were heard and addressed, and if we needed to wait on some information or to get new numbers, it was well worth the wait. This is a TOP TIER company. We had a garage, porch and driveway slab replacement. From start to finnish the project went very smooth and on time. Jason was very informative. He checked in on the project daily. Mario and his Crew do amazing work. I will hire these guys again. Thanks for everything!

Extremely Professional Team! Very Responsive!

Fantastic company! They added a three-seasons room onto my new home while I was doing extensive remodeling with another company and I really wish I’d hired them for both. Tyler was very helpful in choosing a size and design that would flow well with the house and his careful review of the site once we were ready to start caught an issue that could have led to a lot of problems later on. He talked me through my options and made sure I understood the pros and cons of all decisions I had to make as well as what they would mean financially. He has always been quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had, from the beginning to the end of the project, and made sure that the inevitable “hiccups” in the process were handled quickly and efficiently. It was such a wonderful experience that I used them to get my previous home ready to go on the market. Their attention to detail and beautiful work had my real estate agent gushing over the end result when she saw it and was instrumental in getting me a full asking price offer for the home. There were numerous issues with the company that did the remodel so I’ve hired Trio Construction again to handle the additional changes I’d like to make to my new home: adding additional cabinets, doing some additional work to the finished basement and a number of other smaller projects. I know it’s typical for contractors to make a lot of promises and have first hand experience with how many don’t follow through. Trio Construction has done an excellent job on both the big and small projects I’ve needed done and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their home.

We were in a bind with a house sale pending and a tight deadline in which to deliver a new roof. Not only did Russ come out to do an inspection on the roof of the house we were purchasing, he also worked with us to ensure that we understood what was needed for the roof of the house we were selling. He went out of his way to secure materials and a crew to replace our roof quickly so that we could adhere to the terms of our contract. I can't say enough good things about Russ and his crew. I will definitely be reaching out to them again in the future!

What an amazing Team! Trio did such a great job on my concrete. I was looking for a way to save my big tree in my backyard while still being able to use the space. And they made it happen! Could not be happier! Ended up adding to the project; I was so happy with the work. And now I have a new front porch as well! Thank you Trio Team !

For the most part, Trio did a very good job. The demolition of the old deck went well. The building of the new deck went well. The new deck looks great, and we're happy with it, so far. The steps had to be redone, but they got it right, the second time. Many of the days, Jason and Nick were on site to monitor the construction crew which was a good feeling. They did a great job with the clean-up process afterwards, too. The only concern I had was that it took about 2 or 3 weeks after I made my down payment before I heard from Trio, and I had to contact them. I would have liked to have been informed on steps taken on a weekly basis. There were a few times, that I didn't receive a response back after leaving messages for them. They can improve in this area, too. But overall, we're happy with our new deck, and I would recommend Trio Construction for any projects you are considering for your residence or business.

Awesome job by Trios Construction!!!! Jason (one of the owners) was always on the jobsite making sure everything was of the highest quality and all my questions were answered. Caesar the onsite supervisor always kept me informed about the job. Going to use Trios Construction to install a sidewalk next.

My roof was severely damaged in our recent hail storm. Trio came out and provided an estimate on a roof replacement for my insurance. They handled everything from estimating to working with my HOA and insurance company so I didn't have to deal with that headache. Everyone I have dealt with from Trio was friendly and they informed me of every step. I love how everything came out and I have them scheduled to come back out in July to build my dream deck so I can enjoy this summer outside. Definitely give these guys a call. I highly recommend them.

The Team at Trio did an excellent job with communicating when the materials were going to be delivered, and then the install, so that I could coordinate with my tenants. Their crew put up a brand new roof in one day, and the post-job clean up was also excellent. I plan to use Trio in the future.
