Got a call back from Triple A within 10 minutes of posting the work on Thumbtack. It was a Sunday and a technician was there literally within an hour!! Knowledgeable , experienced, and totally prepared for the work performed. All necessary parts were in the truck. Replaced the broken extension springs, all 10 door rollers, 4 pulleys, and all cables, Job total was $1,071 parts, labor, and tax included..Highly recommended.

I used Angi to find a company that would replace two 30 year old garage doors at my son’s house in West Boylston. I chose Triple A and an installer (Joey) because they were both very highly rated. After first talking with Joey on the phone and then meeting him at the installation site, it was obvious that I made the right choice. Joey “knew his stuff” and is very polite and a hard worker. No games, no hard selling. Prices were up front, accurate, and fair. The doors (custom color and one low clearance) with garage door openers had to be special ordered for delivery about a month later and were then installed a few days later at a date and time that Joey and I agreed on. On completion, Joey took all the old and useless doors, garage door openers, hardware, and packaging and left the garage clean for the cars to be immediately driven in. I have no hesitation in recommending this company or Joey for either installing or repairing garage doors

My automatic garage door wouldn't open due to an obstruction inside the garage. They responded to my inquiry immediately (which was made late in the day) and came out the next day. The technician was a very polite and informative. Within a half an hour or so, he fixed the problem. I would definitely use them again.

Job was costed out and completed within 48 hours of my first contact. Workers stayed late into the night to get it done -- looks like they underestimated the labor but stuck to their bid price. Cleaned up and took a lot of junk (the old openers) when they left. Doors, probably 75 years old or more, are now working smoothly, with all new rollers as well as motors and electronics.

Joey from Triple A Garage Door put in a new garage door and motor. He did a great job and I recommend him highly. When I called with questions, he answered the phone and told me anytime I need to call, he will answer and if he needs to come back for anything he will..good enough for me. Great guy, great job.
