We were very happy with Triple A from the moment we started the quoting process. They were super responsive and I love that they send a lot of info via text (easy when both of us work during the day). Cherie and Colleen came out to look at the pool and gave us a written estimate before they left--excellent! The other thing I loved was they offered custom options on our paint and added a primer to make it last longer. The other pool company did not offer that and it did not raise our cost. There was a little confusion with the supplier of the slide but Triple A handled it very well and made it right (even though it was not their fault). They even made sure our pool was ready to close since it was in the fall. Overall I was super happy with their service and price and would love to hire them again! I know they also do pool maintenance services as well.

Worst company I have ever worked with. They messed up the first liner and had to replace it. They told us they would pay our water bill due to the mess up. They never did. They left the job unfinished and won't return phone calls now. It leaks because they tore the second liner and did a poor job patching it. Shouldn't have to patch a brand new liner. Liner is falling out of the bead and bottom looks horrible. They refuse to fix it or even finish the job. Had poor communication the entire time we worked with them and now will not respond to us.

"Thank you for including all of those pictures because as you can see most of those the liner has just simply slid out of its spot and it just needs to be put back into place and locked in. As for the last picture I really cannot tell exactly what that is or where in the pool that is. We worked tirelessly on your pool to make sure that everyone was happy. Many times we came back out at no charge. And we also worked extremely hard to save your steps and save you a few thousand dollars instead of having to replace the steps. Unfortunately in the end we had notified you that your steps had to be replaced and no matter what we did we would not be able to fix them. We did try everything we could and we tried to work very hard with the both of you to resolve these issues. We have offered numerous times to come back out and put that liner back in where it goes and lock it in and you have unfortunately refused to allow us to come back to do that. We always work extremely hard to make sure every single one of our customers is extremely happy however sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control that either we did not anticipate or it was something that came up in the midst of the job that prevents us from doing a perfect job. And this is exactly what happened with your job. we could not have anticipated your steps being bad. And as soon as we realized how bad your steps really were we did notify you immediately we told you of the expenses associated with replacing them and we gave you other options as well as we referred you to another company who could replace the steps. It would appear that you have not contacted the new company to replace those steps. Ultimately in the end those fixes are very simple and we have tried numerous times to come back to lock your liner in, however you do not want us to come and put that liner back in and lock it. We do apologize that you are as unhappy as you are and we really wish that we could have resolve these issues unfortunately sometimes things just cannot be done no matter how hard you work at it"

It took a few days for them to get back to us, as they are super busy (but the other 20 companies I called either didn't call back at all, wouldn't come do it, or were booking weeks out). Colleen was sincerely apologetic for not being able to call back right away, and came out to get our pool into shape the next day. After a couple of visits of them working with what must be magic, our pool looks FANTASTIC!!! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Despite the fact that it was cold and raining, Colleen and Abby spent over 2 hours opening my pool and did a fantastic job. This is the 4th season opening our pool and the previous company was in and out whereas Colleen and Abby took the time to make sure everything was done properly and in my opinion they went above and beyond what I expected to be done. They were on time and professional and I will continue to use Triple A for all future openings and closings. I would highly recommend this company.

I have one word for the ladies of Triple A pools: AWESOME!! I found this gem of a company last season when I was fed up with other pool people we have used in the past. These people are amazing. They really know their stuff, and they are willing to take the time to explain everything to you. I would highly recommend Triple A Pools!! They are hopefully going to be refurbishing our inground pool this season and I very much look forward to the end result of that !!

They did an excellent job. They had to work with our concrete company to coordinate their painting with the concrete company. They take great pride in their work. They were always on time and if they were going to be late they called to let me know. As far as my husband and I are concerned they are the best pool company we have ever worked with, so good that we are also going to have them do the pool maintenance starting next summer. We cannot recommend a better company.
