The ladies called ahead to confirm their arrival, verified what work was to be done, set about it in an efficient manner and did a thorough job.

Beat my expectations. You have to be careful about whom you let in your home these days. I have already made several referrals to my neighbors.

Our Triple Clean representative was professional, personable, and a very consistent worker for 6 hours of tough clean up. We are cleaning up a mold contamination in the downstairs living and di ning areas. She was thorough and efficient, and used more natural cleaning supplies instead of toxic chemicals. Her water trap vacuum cleaner enabled her to vacuum not only the floors, but also the walls and even ceiling areas to pick up mold spores. She cleaned windows and all woodwork, baseboards, window frames etc. She even helped clean all of the grandchildren's toys. Excellent cleaning job!

It worked out very well. They came out within a week after I purchased it. Since I paid Angie's List price of $69, that was very good. I would use them again depending upon what their price was for my house. They were willing to do anything that I asked them to do. They cleaned out my refrigerator, took everything out, cleaned it out and got it sparkling clean. They mopped the floor and cleaned the bathrooms. They cleaned the stove and oven. The kitchen got completely cleaned and the bedrooms all got cleaned. They did a good job. The workers were good.

She was very nice and polite, but there were several areas of concern. She was very slow and did not get a lot done in the amount of time she was here. Also, she was talking on the phone most of the time.

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Triple Clean! In 1986, the HVAC system of this house was constructed with a black-fiber-lined material and now it blows a layer of "black dust" on all household surfaces. My baseboards are finally white again and the material that collects along the carpet edges is gone. I will definitely use Triple Clean again and give my highest recommendation to this service.

Shamelia did an amazing job! I didn't think my microwave could get that clean again. We will definitely have her to come back, probably on a schedule.

She was nice but took wayyyyy too long for the job to get done. She worked at a snails pace. Two bathrooms and one bedroom took 3 hours! And it was a surface cleaning, not thorough at all. Many key things were left undone like wiping down kitchen appliances and the sink. I will give her credit for being responsive though.

Shamealia was fantastic. I liked her from our first phone call. She has a clear voice and I could understand her. I'm older and so many young people seem to speak so quickly I can't keep up with them and have to ask them to repeat, repeat. She was on time, came with everything she needed. She listened to what I wanted and she knew how to clean and what product to use on what. She worked quickly but carefully and thoroughly. She was pleasant and quiet. I had a special offer for three hours but I asked her to stay longer. She was able to do so. She usually charges by the size of the house she gave me an hourly rate that day.
