Very well. They did it as requested and it's better than I expected.

Kirk and his team performed an excellent job taking care of our home. He even asked me to perform the finger test on the top of the door frames!

I had Triple service handle cleaning my home after moving. After they were done, my home looked the way it did when I first move in. IMPRESSIVE!!!! They polished the cabinets, sinks, hardwood floors. I did not plan on getting a cleaning service for my new home but after seeing the work they did, I signed up to be a client. They take pride in their work, it shows & I am thrilled to have found them.

My house was gross- dusty, messy, sticky. TripleCleaning showed up early (!), took a brief walk thru and got right to work. They cleaned things that haven't been cleaned in years! They were kind, thorough and respectful of my home and my time. They did a fantastic job and I won't hesitate to hire them again.

Provider was punctual but lousy in the quality of work performed and professionalism. Mr. Scott told me they'd spend two hours cleaning, but he spent part of that time on his cellphone, booking other clients (totally unprofessional). They seemed to just waste time upstairs with just 2 bathrooms, and rooms that were broom clean, spending most of the 2 hours there, without making any attempt to clean the living room and 2 half baths. When I approached them about getting to the rest of the house, he accused me of "working them like a horse." The quality of their work did not match the rave reviews they have here on Angie's List, which was one of the reasons we sought them out. The floors and mirrors they cleaned still had dust on them. They failed to clean the ceiling fans in the rooms, even though they told me it was covered in the deal. He claimed that the deal we bought only covered basic cleaning, but on the service ticket for the job, he clearly indicated that the deal was for deep cleaning. He tried to get us to pay $250 for the service, instead of the actual deal we bought. When we booked them, he promised 3 people to enable them tackle the job quicker and be more thorough, but on day of the appointment, he showed up with 2 people, claiming 3rd person didn't feel like working. We were hoping this would have been a long term relationship, but definitely not hiring them again or recommending to anyone.

Kirk and the Team have been cleaning my house for almost a year now and I wouldn't trade them in for a million! They are always positive, courteous, efficient, friendly, and work vey very hard (3600 sq ft) every time they come. I love coming home to a super clean, lovely smelling house at the end of a long day and my dogs love them too. As always, thank you for your bi-weekly trip to the house and taking such good care of us!

Before he walked in the house he said owner had told him to double the pice So it went from approx 499 to 750 with a discount 2 workers refused to work even to move garbage to street for pick up so then only one person for eight hours instead of two to three Perhaps this was just not the right service perhaps a handyman service would have been better I cannot lift not move anything and this may just have been a mismatch I do think the price should have been adjusted since only one man worked

They did a good job. I will recommend them and use them, again.

These guys are great! They are always punctual and professional. They do an excellent job, and leave our house looking and smelling great. I would 100% recommend them!

The team arrived early and came with 3 people. They immediately got to work. It was a lot to be done. They did an awesome and detailed job. I was invited 2 times to walk through and point out anything I wanted them to pay close attention to (re-clean, clean, correct, improve). Once near the end of services and then again at the end. Each time they were very receptive and more the happy to take care of any issues I saw or point out. I would/will hire them again!

Three people arrived on time. They split up and each did projects. They worked from 12 Noon until about 2:15. I purchased 4 hours of housecleaning but paid for 5 hours because they did a little extra. The only concern I had was his method of cleaning my hardwood. Once I explained the process to him, I believe going forward, we will be on the same page.

Kirk and the team were very efficient, courteous, and through. Their team of 3 spent about 5+ hours working diligently and were careful to return items to their original locations (e.g. pictures frames, knickknacks on shelves, etc. Kirk even made me take my finger and check the dust on top of door frames and hung pictures. In the event dust was identified, he recleaned all of the frames in that section of the house.

Outstanding job! On time for the work and wasted no time getting started. My whole house got a good cleaning. Afterwards the house looked and smelled amazing. Thanks!

Great. As soon as I inquired I got a call within 5 minutes. Scheduling was easy and prompt. The technician was on time and done within the window. He overcharged me but I received a call from Triple A cleaning and THEY acknowledged the mistake and offered a refund immediately. (They was a bit of a language barrier w the technician but customer service speaks all languages when you do right by people!) Outstanding customer service since usually you have to fight and threaten to call BBB to be treated fairly. Would hire again and recommend. Thank you.

Triple Cleaning Services personnel arrived on-time and got straight to the task. Three employees arrived and each began a task on one level ((3 level town-home) at a time. They thoroughly cleaned the all the bathrooms (3 1/2) which was truly needed. They wiped doors and baseboards which definitely needed attention. They were very professional and truly completed all the necessary cleaning within the allotted time. I would definitely recommend them to others and utilize their services again. Great attitude and great job!

We have had such a great experience with Triple Cleaning Services in our personal home, we wanted to have them take care of the apartment we needed to prep for the next tenant; a "move-out clean." Kirk and his Team did such an excellent job. Not only did they do the general cleaning, but they also took care of the fridge, cabinets, windows, and shampooed the carpets which had a couple of pet stains (totally gone). The place was immaculate and really speaks to their professionalism and work ethic. It was also extremely reasonable in price. I would not only recommend this company for your personal home, but for any other cleaning service you may require. Thank you Kirk and Camille for taking such good care of Alex and I!!!

Mr Scott has been cleaning my home bi-weekly since January. The first cleaning was a deep cleaning. I am happy with his work and I plan to continue the cleaning service for a while (I have a little guy and he is keeping me busy).

They did a great job, very attentive to detail. They encouraged us to do a final walk through before they left in the case there was anything they missed. Did a wonderful job and very responsive.

I am so happy to have met and hired Triple Cleaning Service! Not only did they seriously deep clean my home for a very reasonable and affordable fee, they educated me on what to look for in a good vs. bad cleaning company. Kirk and Antoinette did not cut any corners and my base boards look amazing. Not to mention my sparkly windows!! They arrived on time, brought their own materials, and were extremely friendly and positive. If you want a company that does an exceptionally thorough job with no drama, excuses for poor performance, and with outstanding workmanship, you want to give this company a call right away! Triple House Cleaning has done a very thorough job cleaning our home. They have been out for two cleanings. The first was a deep clean of the entire home and they spent close to 10 hours ensuring it was spotless! The second visit was half the price and roughly half the time. Another exceptional job by TCS! We will definitely use again. I would recommend their services to friends and family in the area.

Extremely personable and friendly. I’m not sure what I enjoyed more, the extremely clean house, or the socializing with them during the cleaning. Very professional and thorough.
