He was not responsive to querys about when he would be coming out because He waited till he had other work in the neighborhood. But then wouldn't give a break on the service call fee. His estimate to fix a SubZero was more than a premium new refrigerator would cost. I ordered a new refrigerator with extended warranty free delivery, set up and deep discount for about $2500.

Our less than 2 year old Frigidaire side by side refrigerator stopped working for no apparent reason. I contacted Steve and he promptly answered the phone and offered to come out immediately. We suggested a day and time which he kindly agreed to and let us know when to expect him. Not only did he arrive on time but he gave us a courtesy call that he was on his way. Within 5 minutes Steve knew it was a loose wire. He quickly made the repair and we were good to go. Very easy transaction. <br />

Steve (the owner) called the day before the appointment to give us a 2 hour window when he would arrive. He arrived on the front end of that window. He was professional and polite and was obvious that he had experience in this field. The dryer works fine now and our exceptations are that it will for years to come. If you're a dog owner, steve comes prepared with dog biscuits and immediately made a friend with our dog. I would give steve a call in the future and recommend him to anyone withijn the Blue Ridge, GA area. <br />
