Deck or Porch - Repair
I recently hired Tri State Complete Home Repair to install a step and hand rail to my sister's home for easier access. Tri State Complete Home Repair responded right away and within 24 hours of my search! Tim listened to my concerns and came up with a solution that works very well. So well in fact that I had them come to my house the next day and install hand rails at the entrance of my home. The workmanship was great and Jim, the carpenter was wonderful! He listened to our concerns, came up with a plan and made it work! The job he did was sturdy and very secure. The job site was totally cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Tri State Complete Home Repair and will be sure to use them again when I need additional work done.

Brick and Stone Flatwork - Repair
I paid 800 to cost rent the damn thing and then they clean the patio and they grouted it and they sealed it and then when i look out there the patio was full of white sand. He told me i could brush it off. there was so much sand I was putting it in the buckets . I was expected so I called them back and he brushed it. And you could see the paper box . The sand was loose and they seal the loose sand over my paper box. Some of the grouting has come up between the paper box and it has left holes between the bricks and the grouting that on the sate is uneven and it has ruin it and I am gonna now have to pay somebody to unseal it and scrape all that sand of my box and then have the job done all. after i complained again they offered to wash it . All this hard rain, there's still plenty sand everywhere.

Also there was very light sand and Im not aware of a paper box youre speaking of? The hard bristled brush you?re scrubbing with is creating the dust! Theres no need to do this! Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Repair

Deck, Fence, Patio or Porch - Clean and Seal
I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects.

I was able to get the work scheduled quickly. The two workers were right on time. Good communication about what to expect. They did a great job sanding and painting exterior doors and trim. They had to move some items in the garage to get to the door, and put everything back just as it was. They cleaned up everything when finished. The workers were polite and respectful and kept me informed as they worked. Will definitely use Tri State again. Very happy with the quality work they performed.

Jeff, the handyman who handled our plumbing, electrical, and general contractor work, was also fantastic. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and did excellent work. We’re very happy with the service and will definitely use them again in the future. Pricing was fair and much lower than other quotes. Highly recommend!

We were in a bind a month and half ago when we needed to have a wheelchair accessible ramp installed to the front porch of our house. After numerous frantic phone calls , Tim stepped in to help out.
