I have a home warranty so we have to use who they sent out. They seemed to do a little bit of everything. It only cost us $65 for the co pay but I know the air  conditioner was around $3000. They bill the home warranty company. They did a good job. They were very quick. I think they were out the same day or the next day. They seemed very professional. I didn't choose them. The home warranty company chose them but they seemed to be very competent.

The service was very good, it was excellent; Pricing was great, i called on people but they were the best & the lowest; They responded right away when i called for service; they were very professional in handling the project;

June of 2017, our 29 year old A/C unit quite working. It was known prior to contacting Tritan Services. A phone call was made to Tritan on a Monday morning at 6:30AM. Ted returned my call within 30 minutes and scheduled a visit to our home at 9:30AM that same day! Ted and Chad looked at the unit determined all refrigerant charge has been dissipated. It was a high humidity 90°F + day and this was the 1st truly hot week forecasted for the summer. Ted stated that the evaporator coil in our furnace required replacement as well as the condenser coil with a compressor. He quoted a very reasonable price and after installation, that is what is cost. Being an HVAC programmer in the industrial world, people like Ted and Chad unfortunately are a rare type. Knowing he gave a reasonable price and did not take advantage in any way shape or form, the job was purchased. Ted and Chad; removed the existing evaporator coil, condensing unit, picked up the new evaporator coil and condensing unit, installed it and were done by 2PM. There have been ZERO issues. After installation, the thermostat in the house had to be raised 2°F because the A/C worked better than ever and our electrical consumption dropped nearly 20%. Just fantastic service. The humidity in the house is finally being removed properly. This company is a model of stellar customer service, professional knowledge and technical expertise. It is a relief to have a company who can be trusted.

Ted came out took a look stated that I would need replacement eventually, but he could get me running in the meantime. Not making any promises he gave me some options I was willing to try. Let me just say I am no longer living in a sauna and I am staying cool at 71 degrees thanks to Ted and Tritan Plumbing. They are my HVAC team I will use in the future because I can trust they will tell me the whole story and not go for the easy out when in a bind.

Installation went very well. Chad was professional and a pleasure to work with. The job was done properly and in a timely fashion.

This company, and the Owner Ted Owano in particular, are wonderful people to do business with.  I had a problem with my furnace.  Ted and his assistant came over and assessed the problems (which were faulty valves + problems with the humidifier).  They were able to get the parts and finish the job.  In the meantime, Ted noticed that there were safety problems with not only my heating system, but the water heater AND my dryer vent.  I am a widow and am on my own.  Ted was able to fix all of these items.   I would <strong> very highly</strong> recommend this company.  I trust them, which is very important to me; and they got the job done.  Ted is conscientious, personable and very willing to <strong><em>"go the extra mile"</em></strong> to be able to have a happy and satisfied customer.  In my case, ignorance may be bliss, but dangerous.  Ted is my "go to guy" when it comes to repairs at my house. <br /> <br /> Thank you Ted!!!

First and foremost, Triton answered their phone and then spent about 20 minutes via phone with me to explain everything in detail.  They then quoted me the best price of all 6 companies I called.  (I also used an Angie's List coupon, though).  I wasn't sure if my Rental Property needed the water heater replaced so Leo brought an extra one in the truck "just in case".  After replacing the one at my residence, when we arrived at my rental property, he walked me through every detail of why that location also needed a new water heater.  They also gave me a rockin' deal because I purchased two of them - and had them both installed on the same day.   A few days later, I learned that I accidentally wrote them a wrong amount on the check.  When Leo called to explain the situation, he was calm, kind, and - again - explained my error in detail without being nasty.  Although I felt like an idiot, they were very nice about my mistake, and I put another check into the mail to them on my next payday.  They handled a difficult situation very well, as many contractors would have played the blame game.  <br /> Way to go guys!  I will definitely call you in the future for any of my plumbing needs!  <br /> Thanks for a job well done at a great price!

They were excellent. They were above and beyond helpful. We were having water in the basement. He was surprised that we didn’t have a sump pump. He mentioned that it would probably be a great idea to get it in the house. He explained everything to us really thoroughly. He proceeded to do the work. As he was digging, he hit clay. He said that there was no way the water would travel underneath the house like that to even reach a sump pump when it has clay. He cemented it all back up and didn’t charge us. He could have gone ahead and installed the sump pump that wasn’t going to be any good to us, but he didn’t. With regard to price, I don’t know how to compare it to anything except an emergency one we used several years ago that was probably around the same price for the same issue and did very little to correct it.
