The Triton service technician, Yuma, was a consummate professional; knowledgeable, skilled, efficient, fast, courteous, and pleasant. He immediately understood my equipment, the issue for which they were called and got to work immediately. He replaced old creaking and sticking rubber rollers with a superior nylon and ball bearing set, repaired, replaced and re-positioned the door mount attachment, re-positioned and tension-adjusted the opener track and belt, replaced the flimsy original mounting angle iron with stronger stock, thoroughly lubricated all of the hinges, and corrected the safety reverse feature; all more quickly than I could have imagined and for a price that was more than reasonable. The door is now safe, solid, quiet and operates flawlessly. Look no further than Triton Garage Door for any related services: highest recommendation.

We were in a bind because we were planning to leave for vacation the next day when our garage door got stuck OPEN late on a Friday afternoon! No one else even returned our calls, but Austin from Triton came over, was courteous and professional and fixed in under. Highly recommended.

Great. Tech arrived just a few houra after call and finished the job.

We badly needed someone to fix our garage door, which had crashed on a Saturday afternoon. We were told that a technician might be able to get out that evening, or if not then Sunday morning. In the end, the tech wasn't able to come until 2pm Sunday, and we were told that the cold weather played a factor in that. The tech was professional and did a very good job. He recommended we let him replace our old rollers with their vinyl ones, which we think were well worth the extra $99 as our garage door is now more quiet than ever. He performed the work quickly, in about 1 hour, and gave us a $20 discount which essentially took away most of the tax. Price was just a little higher than what we thought it would cost ($275 plus $99 for the rollers), but still fair considering the repairs. Overall, our garage door seems to be better than ever, and we're quite happy about that. The only thing that would've been better is if they could've come earlier.

I am so pleased with Triton Garage Door. The spring on our garage door broke and I was unable to open the door. I called and they provide same day service at a time convenient for me. The technician was amazing. He arrived on time, explained every step of the process to me, took great care with the installation, and truly gained my trust with his professionalism. After a couple delays, Austin showed up and did a great job installing 2 new Liftmaster garage door openers. Very professional.

The technician installed a new Liftmaster system in our garage after our old one failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional, on time, and courteous. We quickly got an appointment, even during the week leading up to the holidays. He did a fabulous installation and even did extra tuning up of the old hinges, rollers, and springs, etc. for the same install cost. There was no upselling -- the price he quoted was the price that we paid. He also gave us clear instructions on how to use the unit. He went over and above our expectations. We highly recommend Triton!

Triton was quick to respond (less than 24 hours), punctual and professional. Took about an hour and they were cleaned up, ready to go. Austin was a pleasure to work with.

Needless to say we were elated. Would hire again. Received competitive bid. Charged minimum for fixing the door. The young man that arrived same day I called was extremely professional and polite. I was impressed. I cannot remember exact date of service.

They were great. Very professional. It took them less than an half a hour to replace the spring. It was reasonable. There was another company that I had called, and these guys were the most reasonable. They came the next morning, which was really nice. They did show up on time. They are very professional.

They did the work. It was four hours of work. It was $230 per door.

Because of a thing I have in my garage they had to install a different type of garage door spring assembly, it was one of the roll up types they had to install rather than going with the pull-out spring type. That’s the price of both of them together though. I was real happy with what he did. There was only one guy and he got it all done in one day. I was real happy with the price also. I didn’t have any problem with him, he was right on time and the communication was just fine. What happened is we had snow at that time and he called me and said, “do you mind if we reschedule because we’ve got the snow and everything?” I said, “I don’t have a problem with that.” So, we rescheduled and we didn’t have any problem with that. He was on time for that appointment.

I had a problem with the door, not the installation but the electronics. So I called up Genie and they told me how to do it. I think they didn't quite do everything. They installed the hardware you might say but the electronics weren't quite done. They did okay. They finally did the job and there was nothing wrong with what they did except I wound up having to go back and call Genie and figure out how to hook it up to make it be right and make it work. Probably when they left they showed me it was working and maybe it went out a little after that. I really can't recall. You call up too long after the thing for me to remember that.
