Asphalt Sealing
Very pleased with the great job James and team did sealing my new driveway. Explained in detail the process, gave me a great price and the 1 year garentee was a plus. I would highly recommend them.

Did a pretty good job. However there were spots on the garage wall from the spray product. I will need to paint the wall again.

Marc and his team were great. Walked me through what a good job vs a mediocre job consists of. Showed me issued with the drive way, what was needed and my options. Did a great job cleaning and preparing the surface.

Asphalt Sealing
They were great. Had lots of tools to prep the surface before adding the coating. James was easy to work with and explained the whole procedure ahead of time. He was also available for a quote right away.

Asphalt Sealing
HIGHLY recommend!!
If you are looking for a HOT sealer applied to your asphalt driveway, these are the guys.
They provided a quick & reasonable estimate, showed up when promised and did a fabulous job.
They cleaned the asphalt, singed and removed the moss, filled tree root cracks (three coats), hand worked our irregular stone edging, and took great care not to damage our landscape plantings. Driveway looks like new and is usable in 4 hours. All work done in under three hours -- and its a large driveway!

James and his team did a fantastic job resealing our driveway. We haven't had it done it about 4 years and there were several areas that needed extra attention due to cracking. He was professional and explain the process, so that we knew what to expect. The driveway looks fantastic.

We have a small driveway that needed some repair and Triton Property Specialist did an awesome job. We just bought the house and wanted to get it fixed up and they were super friendly and easy to work with. You could tell they really cared and took their time to do it right. Everything turned out great. Our neighbors even came by to ask who did the work and we’ve already recommended them. Definitely happy with the results!

An amazing company. They quoted, started and finished in one afternoon. I asked for some touch-up work (no fault of TPS) and they were out and did more than I expected that afternoon.

We contacted Triton on a Thursday and they had the pothole repaired by Sunday. The quote they provided was less expensive than another quote we received. The finished repair looked excellent and we also received a 24 month guarantee on the work. We are an HOA and I would not hesitate to use Triton again. I would recommend their services to individuals or an HOA looking for asphalt repairs.
