Troy did an amazing job tearing out an old rickety deck and building us a new, sturdy deck with Azek pvc decking. His pricing was competitive, his timing worked well for our schedule too. he communicated promptly. Once the job was started he and his crew worked very quickly to complete the job. The crew did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I am very happy with my new deck and would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic job! Troy was very responsive to our phone inquiry, timely visit to discuss needs and drafted a detailed drawing and price quote for a large 30’ x 16’ offset deck with 3 sets of steps. Pricing for this job was very reasonable. Steve was our craftsman and completed the job with great attention to detail, following the plan, cleaned up the worksite daily, careful to complete construction and demolition around existing trees and landscaping. Communication was excellent from both Troy and Steve. Our new deck is beautiful and will require no maintenance. We highly recommend this company!

David and his team did an outstanding job. They were efficient and precise, corrected some problems from previous installation, and created a top-notch finished project.

Quite well. They contacted us within a few days of the request, did an estimate that day and did the work the following day. It was a fairly simple job but I was impressed with the way it was handled.

Troy was great to work with from estimation to completion. Crew was very competent, efficient and friendly. Finished deck is beautiful. Just what I wanted!

We have Troy a blank slate. We said here’s the area we would like the deck were open and be creative in your rendering. He came back promptly with a terrific design that made us happy and was able to have a different approach. Our time line for the request could have been better but he was able to make our timeline for the project. He was also open to us selecting our own product for this. His pricing and time line were both right where we wanted to be. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Troy and his crew just replaced our wooden deck with a beautiful Azek one and I couldn’t be more pleased! The crew works well together (and most are family!) and Troy will take the time to answer questions, not only before the job starts but also during the construction process. Their attention to detail is impressive - miter cuts are precise and the lines of screws on the deck all line up. Had Troy come and give an estimate on removing our old wood deck and replace it with a composite deck. He showed up, we discussed our plans for the new deck. After showing us colors we agreed on a size and price. The whole job took three days from start to finish. His crew was very clean, there wasn't any trash laying in my yard or thrown down under where my deck boards would be. Even though the cost was a bit more than i expected (composite decks are pricey), the deck is beautiful and will last **** near forever. I would recommend anyone looking to build new or replace old to check out Troy-built wood decks!

We can't say enough positive things about Troy and his very professional crew and the work they did for us! Our wood deck was in poor shape and required more maintenance than we wanted to do. The crew removed all of the floor boards, handrails and steps. Troy pays attention to structural as well as esthetic detail. As an example, he noted when removing the stair risers that the old steps lacked adequate support and suggested adding a fourth one. The crew arrived when expected and removed all equipment and debris at the conclusion of the job. The work was completed in a day and a third.

Troy from Troy Built Decks was professional and very nice to work with. His is a family business, with all team members part of his immediate family. These guys were great. They did a fantastic job and our new deck looks fantastic and ready for the next 20 years. They used higher quality lumber and materials than I even anticipated, and that means a lot. While any new deck is expensive, I feel that their price was fair and Troy tried to work with us a bit because we had a large deck with a medium size deck budget. All-in-all it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend them for your project. We are completely happy with our new deck!

Troy and his son Tom did a beautiful job replacing our 26 year old deck floor boards, rails and steps. They were quick to give us a quote and time frame on the project and were a pleasure to work with. They finished it promptly and added some really nice detail to the skirt and stairs of the deck.
