Troy Santos Painting

Troy and his team did an outstanding job painting the exterior of our house a couple of years ago, so when we wanted to paint a foyer/hallway with walls too high for us to reach, we called Troy again. I have no idea how he preps the walls, but they looked like new. His crew pays attention to detail and the end result shows it. Would recommend him for any interior or exterior work.

Troy painted our kitchen cabinets. We went from a dark wood stain to a melo white and couldn’t be happier with the results. His attention to detail is far beyond normal in a really good way. Would recommend Troy everyday and twice on Sunday.

We've owned our house for about 3 years and the exterior needed some TLC. The previous paint was chalking, there was staining, patching needed, and so on. We went through Angie's List to hire someone to do the job. Troy was one of 4 quotes that we received to paint the exterior of our house. Troy was the last of our quotes and when he came out he self-admittedly say he would not be the cheapest estimate, but wouldn't be the highest either. Sure enough, Troy was about the midpoint from all of the quotes we received. What made us decide on Troy and his company was his honesty about what was going to happen, things included his cost (like taking out screens on our back porch so the back of the house could be reached), who on his team would be doing the work, and his 17 years of experience in the painting business. There were a few unexpected delays in starting the job due to weather (but that happens in Florida), but I wasn't in a rush as long as the job as done right. Troy's team of 2 painters who painted our house were Victor and Pete. They were professional, friendly, hard-working, and didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had. The job spanned about 5 days and included pressure washing, filling cracks, patching the stucco, applying sealant, and then painting the house and trim. The work done by Troy's guys was absolutely amazing as you can see from the picture. I can't praise Troy and his team enough for the work they do and we couldn't be more in love with our newly improved house! Troy and his team definitely gave our house the TLC we were looking for. We will be needing some interior painting done in the future, and Troy will be our only choice! Thank you Troy and Team for all you did and taking care of our house!

I would highly recommend Troy for your painting needs. He painted all the interior walls in the house (2 different colors used), plus all trim and doors. It's gorgeous! He's very conscientious with his work (taking down blinds, removing doors, etc.) to ensure it's done properly, and I really appreciated how aware he was of the house being livable during the process. He's a true professional. And I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Troy Santos is a top notch and professional painter that we highly recommend! Even adding a couple rooms and baseboards, Troy finished the work in the time frame given us at start. He cleaned house after each day, replaced furniture, artwork to original position, repaired any holes on wall. We are fully satisfied! The price was very reasonable and his estimate was spot on. Very well. All services performed following contract, actual painters were very cooperative and friendly, all work was inspected, workers were very neat and follow through was right on target. Am going to use Troy to paint the interior of my son's house next. No hassles, no attitude, no mess.

It was GREAT! Troy knew I was crunched on time so he started on a Saturday to squeeze this job in. The quality was wonderful. Clean edges. He allowed 5 free samples to go the walls to make sure we liked the color we chose.

Our house was long overdue in needing exterior painting and as a result required quite a bit of 'TLC.' Troy was very thorough in explaining what was needed in terms of prep work. His staff was professional and polite, completing the job in spite of the unusual amount of rain we were experiencing. Once the house was complete, it called attention to the poor job by the previous painters in terms of the window frames. Troy touched up those as well so the front of the house looked beautiful. We've received numerous compliments.

We required extensive wall repair and a compete repainting of the interiors of a 3/2 rental house. Troy met me quickly and gave an estimate. He was able to work us in to the schedule very quickly, kept in excellent contact (always helpful when you don’t live in the house being repaired) and the rates were on par with other quotes we received. The repairs look excellent and the paint job is consistent and well done. We will hire this company for future work, as needed.

I had the pleasure of working with Troy and Pete on this project. I was quite impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be hiring them again and I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends. I must also say I rarely write reviews.

Great, the only negative would be that they didn't do a great job of cleanup after. They tracked in a lot of dirt and left a lot of dust and that around out bathtub. But, the work they did was excellent.
