Troy and his helper did a fabulous job, very thorough and courteous.  He charged a reasonable surcharge given how tall my house is.  All my party guests commented on how clean everything was, some had thought I had gotten the house repainted.  Well worth the money.   <br /> <br />

I did not get a follow up call from Troy's Pressure Washing within the 48 hrs I had purchased the service on line. I had to inquire and follow up to schedule the pressure washing. Mr. Bettisworth did call and showed up the day before the original scheduled service  <br /> date. The crew went right to work when the arrived and managed to finish my two-story in just a couple of hours. <br />

Contractor was very polite, helpful and professional . He offered to clean the gutters but the add on was very reasonably priced. The work was performed efficiently and the result was great. I would definitely use the service pressure washing the outside of my house and the pathways. and I would recommend . <br />

One word - excellant

.Over the phone we determined that Troy would come on Saturday morning, if it didn't look like rain. I asked that he call Saturday to let me know if he was going to work or not. He didn't call but did show up in spite of the rain forecast, <br /> Troy was through and did very little damage (just to door locks). His assistant  was not as careful about the cleaning, but when misses were pointed out, Troy stepped up to rewash items that the first pass had missed. My house is raised about three feet off the ground, so some window and shutter parts are not visible to a person on the ground. The water has to come from above to clean them. Troy went up on a ladder to  make sure i was happy with the second pass at those  problem spots. <br /> Probably because my concrete steps looked so dirty, Troy also cleaned them. I think that the house looks a lot better after its bath <br /> By the way, it was just starting to rain when they left. <br /> I would hire the company again. Troy seems genuinely conserned that the customer is happy and likely to be a repeat customer. <br />

We are very happy with the service.  He showed up on time and did a very good job.  We are very pleased.  I like the touch of the fleur de lis too. <br />
