Plumber came out and was courteous and professional. He took the time to put on shoe covers before he entered my home and he used his on towels for clean up. Job well done.

I called in a panic and over the phone he gave me best case and worst case. He came on a Sunday and was efficient and explained everything. He was able to save my water heater thus saving me hundreds of dollars. He even gave me advice on how to get money back on my water bill. I would definitely hire Tru-Flo again!

It went very well. Placed a call and True-Flow Plumbing was here at my home at the time stated. My Hot water heater was replaced and up and running within the time frame stated. Very prompt and professional service. Price was very reasonable as well.

Excellent! Will saved the day & quickly stopped the leak. We used him again to install our water heater, and it has worked perfectly ever since.
