I needed a new roof on my house. The representative of this company, Austin Eure, was very efficient in helping me get the roof I needed for my home. He first checked out the roof then he returned to my home to be here with the inspector from my insurance company. Austin helped me with the paperwork I needed to fill out for my insurance company. He showed me the different roofing tiles I could choose. The following week, roofing tiles came to my home and a little while later, a dumpster arrived. Two days later, a crew came to install my roof. Before I knew it, blue tarp was around my house to collect the old tiles. A layer of black paper made it on my roof and soon the new roof tiles were being installed. Since it was done last month, December of 2020, the day ran out and the job still needed to be completed. Within a day, a couple of men came to finish the job. My yard was completely cleaned before these men left my property. They used a magnetic roller to collect the leftover nails from my lawn. The yard was raked and the driveway was swept in order to get all the nails picked up. Within a day of completing the job, someone came to get the dumpster. I would highly recommend Tru-Top Roofing for anyone considering getting a new roof.

Everything was easily discussed and completed in the exact time promised. The team was great to work with and my roof looks amazing! I would recommend them to anyone needing their services including my family and friends!

Bill identified the leak in the kitchen was cause by a broken seal on a vent on the roof. He repaired it quickly and this was done within 20 min. Highly recommend

Amazing service...was able to come next day...showed up on time. Replaced shingles and secured a few others that were starting to slide. Was very helpful in telling me what had to be done and why they had come loose. Very courteous....would definitely recommend to others and use again at my home.

They did an excellent job. I had two roofing companies assess the situation. I even paid one of them to do the repairs only for it to get damaged again. They were the third company I called and the issues have been resolved for over a year now. If I need anymore work done I will call them.

His service was excellent. He was prompt in terms of replying. He sat down and explained in details what it was he was going to do. He had a five year warranty. He always said to call if I had any problems. I found out later on that he had really worked in the area where I lived and had done other houses in the neighborhood. I liked the quality of his work and how he managed the whole project.

Mr. Bill Davis did a Outstanding job but I will need to wait until it rain again to see if the leak is fix.

Your service provider came out and did not repair the leak and did not focus specifically on that issue or address the specific issue that I have notated in the work that needed to be done, but proceeded to try and sell me or replace the entire roof on my house and I am assuming that it is because the job that I wanted done was not profitable. The issue that concerns me the most is over the past week or more, I had a second inspection done on my roof and was told that there is not an issue with my current roof and it does not need to be replaced so I have moved on to using another person to fix the specific leak that I wanted repaired. The $199 that I spent was not a wise expenditure on my part and was my mistake. I would like for you to contact this provider and tell them that there is no need to contact me any further as I have decided to use another provider to fix the issue with my porch and there is no further conversation or discussion needed. Had a claim with State Farm after a huge tree limb fell on my roof ripping 2 holes in it. Bill set up a time to come by and repaired it quick as a flash. He matched the color perfectly. He stuck by his estimate even though he ran into a little extra work while on the job. I was able to cancel my claim because the deductible was twice what the job cost me. This guy is friendly and professional. The roof looks great!  I would definitely use his service again if needed.

It was fine except when he came he had suggested that we replace the roof. He was supposed to send us an estimate for that. I contacted him a couple of times after that, but he never gave the estimate so we went with a different company. What I purchased on Angie's List was fine. He did do a repair. He did fix the shingles but he used the same shingles that were there. They should follow up with the customers. He came and he used the materials that were here.

Technician called to see if he could come early because of forecasted rain. He then arrived shortly, introduced himself and asked for specifics on the problem i was having. He helped identify what issues i was having and what wasn't an issue. He then went on the roof inspected and corrected the leak issues - caulking that wasn't originally performed.

It went great! The technician was very proactive in making contact with me, and explaining the fix that was needed. I had been trying to determine whether this issue required a roofer, or someone who might specialize in kitchen exhaust fans (no idea who that would have been), but Bill (the technician) took time to carefully explain why this was occurring, and how the matter was resolved.
