"We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. We set a high standard for ourselves and are sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with our business. I do want to point out how we came out to fix the missing grout the day we specifically agreed on. You then decided it wasn’t a good time for you after my guys had traveled an hour and fifteen minutes to get there. I understand things happen and I was more than happy to come back and fix it another day just not with the way you spoke to me, and how rudely you were demanding my crew to be there the next morning. I take pride in going the extra mile and helping my customers out but I do have a scheduled to go by. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us."

"I was called to go see this job, when I arrived I spoke to her husband. The husband explained the project had been started by another contractor who was no longer working with them. He then asked me approximately how long it would take me to finish the project, I told him it would take 4-5 days. When they accepted for me to take on the project I told them all the appliances/ furniture needed to be moved So I can work. He said it was not a problem but asked me to help and I did. When we got to the laundry room I told him the cabinet needed to be moved because it was close to the ground. The home owner said “let’s take it out”. So one of my employees help him. Later on when I saw the cabinet sitting on the garage floor I noticed it was leaning towards one side. So I grab my trim nail gun to fix it, and set it to the corner. When I completed the job there was 4 1/2 bags of thinset. We then walked through the whole house showing the costumer where I had worked. He was pleased with the results and paid me the balance. The next day when I was going to installed the corner round I asked her husband to buy some tubes of caulk so I could caulked the trim around the house. He also requested if I could repair a few tiles that the previous contractor had installed. So that’s when I used the half bag of thinset leaving them with 4 bags. A few weeks later I received a text message from his wife saying the cabinet was damage and she wanted me to pay for it. She sent me her Venmo account, so I got back to her immediately to see what was the issue. I was willing to help her out with some of the cost of the cabinet even though I had specifically said I was not responsible of moving any appliances/furniture etc. After calling her several times and not hearing from her I reached out through text messages but she never responded."
