I gave them a deposit of $12,500 to begin my bathroom remodel and they never did the work. The owner changed his cell phone number so I could no longer reach him. They stole my money and never did an ounce of work. They have ignored correspondence from my attorney. The owners, Joe Lee and Tom Sullivan, also own Sullee Sewer and Drain. Beware.

I had to make a lot of phone calls. People would show up unannounced or not show up at all. The salesman and the office person no longer work there. I had my kitchen remodeled within the last year and contacted them for a service call. I sent an email to the office person and got a response that she no longer worked there and I owed a balance. I provided my proof of payment and asked for a service call. I was told that I would get a call the next day. I have sent numerous followup emails and left numerous voice messages and have not gotten a reply. I am still waiting for a service call. Customer support doesn't seem to exist

It went great! They stayed in constant contact and updated me all the time. The work performed was amazing! My entire kitchen was done in three days. If I have any future home projects I will definitely use them again.

Excellent work. They were very professional. Joe, the owner, came out to my house with stone samples for each part of the build. Workers were efficient and good guys to talk with.

Working with the True Home Solutions team was seamless and smooth. From estimates to installation to follow up, a customer could not ask for more attentive service. The installation was completed in a thorough manner. It was evident that the installers were concerned about being timely, neat and complete!

Great! It was nice that Joe, the owner of the company, came out to be sure that work was being performed as promised, as well as for final walk through. He sent the same team to complete all work, which made it easier not having a lot of different folks at our home for the duration of the build.

Remodel one kitchen and two bathrooms without greatly disrupting life in the home. True home did one job at a time so as not too have many things offline. The work is solid. Their attitude was great!! If we mentioned something during the process, they would say, "no problem". We even gave them a key to house to come and go as they pleased. Very respectful of property. We now call them for everything.

Excellent communications and professional sales staff and installers. Maria & Amy took my vision and helped make it become a reality. Alberto and his crew of installers did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend this company.
