After the huge wind storm earlier this year we lost half of our roof. Our insurance adjuster came out and said we just needed to patch it. We had Eric from Truenorth come out and take a look. He worked with our insurance company and got our whole roof replaced. The work was excellent and the customer service was the best I have seen. Our roof was done in one day and it looks great. I would refer TrueNorth to all my friends and family that needs roof work. Best experience i have had.

This company is hands down the best company I have worked with in terms of a service. Usually a contractor doesn’t get back to you, awful with communication, there are issues that always come up but not with TrueNorth. They have the best communication, attention to detail, and seamless processes.

Eric with True North roofing was exceptional. He responded quickly to our call when we noticed that our roof was leaking into a bedroom. He evaluated our roof and submitted a very reasonable bid to replace the Underlayment & repair some damage to the plywood & tiles. He scheduled the job in a very timely manner. At all times he communicated with us & even came out to meet with the insurance adjuster. He was so easy to work with & did a very professional job. I would highly recommend him for your roofing needs. I think he was very fair and honest.
