I found a coupon for $99 window repair labor and materials included. I called to schedule and they told me the coupon was just for labor.  They did not explain that there was another coupon for window replacement. I'd already bought the coupon so I went ahead and scheduled what I thought was a date to replace. They asked what kind of glass I had and I said it looked tinted, I didn't know what kind of glass it was.  They gave me a price of $135 without telling me that if it was not tinted it would be more. <br /> The office  called me on date of appointment to say Tech was  late.  I needed to reschedule. due to other commitment. They never told me the first appointment was just to measure so it was several weeks until I was available for another appointment first appointment of the morning.  When the rescheduled date arrived, the office again called me to say the technician was going to be 1.5 hours late. Finally tech arrived and told me he could have gotten measurements from outside and I didn't even need to be there. He told me the glass was low-e and would need to be special orders and would be $200, not $135 as quoted. I was very upset and the office offerd to refund my Angie's list coupon but by now a month had passed and my glass was cracked all the way across window so I went ahead with order.  <br /> On date of install the office called to tell me the tech was sick, glass was on his truck and they couldn't install.  They rescheduled for next day and glass was properly installed. Customer service manager called me next day and I told him they were late 3 times, the coupon was misleading, the office failed to communicate the process and the price and I  planned to give a low Angie's List rating. He offered to send me a $5 gift card to Starbucks. <br /> <br />
