They did fantastic. They were professional, craftsmanship was good, and did a good work in a timely manner. Rodrigo knew what he's doing. The price was very fair for the work that he did.

True Way was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done (and how to prevent future damage). They were accommodating to my tight schedule as well. <br />

We had the hardwoods throughout our house refinished along with the stairs and hand railing.  We got a couple of quotes and True Way was the only company that would stain the hand railing to match the floors.  They were slightly more expensive than the other quotes, but we went with them anyway because they seemed more professional and also seemed to have a lot of experience.  Having the hand rail refinished was a pretty expensive add-on and it does show a few streaks from the stain, but it's much, much better than it would have been if we had left it the previous blonde color and stained the hardwoods dark.  Overall, we're very happy with the finished product and Rodriguo ran a very professional business. I do wish that we had discussed the number of color samples he was going to put down, but that was just my mistake because I had made an assumption about how many we would see without actually speaking to him. <br />

What a fantastic team! Our project was handled remotely with impressive professionalism by Nara, the office manager, and Rodrigo, the business owner. We were in the process of moving from Tennessee, and wanted hardwoods installed in three bedrooms and all hardwoods sanded and refinished. The result, after seeing stain options via cell phone pics and realizing we needed to give full control of the process to Rodrigo, was absolutely stunning. I could not have asked for a better team of people to work with, or more beautiful and seamless dark hardwood floors! I would not hesitate to contact them for future jobs, and would give TrueWay my highest recommendation. Outstanding. <br />

Rodrigo and his team were excellent ,very professional and reliable;  they worked in the middle of the holidays and Mario came to work even though  he was not feeling well ( thanks God he took the next day off ). They were very careful with the walls we just professionally painted, they cover our kitchen to protect it from the dust  and they cleaned must of the dust so i did not have to do to much cleaning.I am very please with the experience and I will hire him  next year to install my bedroom hardwood floors <br />

I had inherited a house a while back that required a lot of work and a lot of money and the last part was to get the floors that were in bad shape to look half way decent without having to install new ones. Because of the money that went in to the house someone I knew thought he could do it a lot cheaper and we could save some money. A LOT more work than we had anticipated and I hated the color we choose. I went to Angie's List and started to read reviews for hardwood floors and came across True Way Floors and there happen to be one review where a woman didn't use them for her reasons and Rodrigo (the owner for True Way Floors) had responded to her review and it was written so non-defensive with explanation (where a lot of contractors won't even reply) that it made me think it is always so easy to respond to the positive good news but the real truth lies in how someone responds/handles the bad news.  So I called him and left a message and he called me back with in a few minutes and was able to meet me at the house the same day. He looked through the house, calculated the footage, recommend I got with a walnut stain and showed me some pictures of what the color would look like and was able to give me a price right then.  I had been thinking that I was looking at about $2500.00 from talking with other people that had had floors done and I was hoping that I could get away with making them look semi decent for $2000.00 but I wanted to see what kind of price he would quote before I said anything about my budget. Rodrigo gave me a price of $1800.00 and told me they would look better than just ok - they would look great when he was done.  When I went to the house to see how they came out I was just Amazed - I couldn't believe that anyone could have ever gotten those floors to look so good! I am now getting ready to set up an appointment for True Way Floors to go to my mom's house because I was so impressed with his professionalism, his attitude, his response time, and how great his work is. I would recommend True Way Floors to anyone - and I don't normally give recommendations. <br /> Thank you so much and I look forward to having you do additional work for me.  <br />

Rodrigo and team are very soft-spoken, polite and surprisingly professional when they were at my house to re-stain my old floors. Rodrigo knew my budget, and I have to admit he gave me a great deal for his service. They were fast, and upon my request, used water based stain, and covered the vents so the dust wldnt go in them. I have compared what my friends paid for via their contractors and rodrigo's price is so much better! I also like the fact that he's worked for some high profiles clients (aka demanding). As a result, he always tries to delivery high quality work. I cannot be happier with his work, and will def work with him again with my future renovation. Great work, guys! <br />

It went perfectly.  Rodrigo and his team were reasonable, professional and patient.  They first sanded the floors and put down 4 stains for us to pick the "color".  We chose DARK WALNUT. <br />   <br /> They finished the first coat of stain and polyuretheane and had us come take a look.  The first coat still had not been as dark, or removed enough of the "reddish" that we had hoped.  We had painters scheduled to start, and we're frustrated that we had to rush.  Rodrigo said that he could come back after the painters, and put on another coat of stain and poly -mixed 80%/20% to give a more "dark" look that we wanted.  <br /> <br /> After the painters finished, he immediately made time and finished the last coat.  <br /> <br /> They look great !!! <br /> <br /> Definitely hire this team for your hardware refinishing.  Contact me if you want to see our picutres.  <br /> Rob

I have never been treated so well and have never received the high quality workmanship ever from any other company I have hired for services on my home. Rodrigo Manerba, the owner and his crew were extremely professional His crew were the hardest working individuals I could have ever imagined. The price for all the work was extremely reasonable! Another complement to Rodrigo was that when they first applied the wood finish to our deck, my wife and I did not like the color, so they changed it, which required additional labor to re-sand and re-stain the deck and only chared us for the cost of the wood finish stain. Our deck by the way had not been treated for over 5 years and was a complete mess, but after the great job Trueway did the deck looks almost new. Rodrigo Manerba and his team are true professionals and have a gem of a company. I recommend them highly!!!
