First off, Tru Flow actually responded to my call. Not everyone I called and left messages with did. Second, when Mark and Dennis came out and looked at my issue, I was happily surprised when they noted the quality of the existing work. I am not able to glance at gutters and tell quality. For my issue, they suspected a simple fix. As the original request was for an estimate, they used items that I already had to test their suspicion, and in 15 minutes my issue was resolved. They believe in customer service and did not give a hard upsell even after I asked about other solutions. I would call them again.

Mark gave a written estimate, scheduled his team for 8:30-9am the next morning. They arrived at 8:45 and installed the new gutters and downspouts and did everything that I requested. Excellent job and highly recommended.

They are very well, they have the lowest price, they cleaned up and did the job exactly right and very happy with it.

They were trustworthy, which is worth it's weight in gold. They did an excellent job. On time, prepared, courteous, worked as a team. They explained the process, how long it would take, asked for input about where I wanted the downspouts, and told me what to look for after installation in case there were any issues. They cleaned up after themselves and even offered to take a big bunch of cut tree limbs to the curb for me. I do property management for a living and it's hard to get guys like this! ?
