This is a follow up to a previous review: <br /> This provider did some planting with a guarantee that they would replant if they did not survive. I have contacted the owner over four times with no resolution. The owner has told me that they are overbook. It has been over a year with no attempt to contact to me to resolve this issue.

Very well. Loved the digital plan flormat. Workers were great. Love the finished product. <br /> Would recommend that he require the owner to have irrigation and underground dog fences marked. <br />

They built the fountain for me and it has never worked properly. The fountain leaks water. I have talked back and forth with the company multiple times and they said they would come out the first week of June but have not.

The initial start date was delayed by a couple of weeks since he was backlogged. They did a good job of removing the old landscaping and overgrown ivy. The stone walls were well done and the work went fairly well. There were a few problems with broken irrigation pipes and cut wires but all those issues were taken care and were back to working well. There was also a broken shutter that took over 4 weeks to get replaced but that was also taken care of. <br /> The real issue I had was with the original quote and price that I agreed too. I was offered to reduce the quoted price by $250, which I agreed to but there was no mention of reducing the number of plants in the landscape design. When I went over the list of plants on my design with the final job, there were 4 plants that were missing and Billy stated that those had been removed from the original design which added up to the $250. I told him that I had no idea that the plants were removed, there was no update to the landscape plans to indicate the removal. He offered to add the plants for an additional charge which I declined. I told him that I was not pleased with this surprise and he apologized for the issue but could not add the plants at no charge. <br /> I know he had a lot of issues with his staff and salesman but I cannot recommend him based on my experience. <br />

"We apologize for any inconvenience. Our processes as with any business are based on written specifics. We only install what is billed for. So if it is not on the invoice it does not get installed. And if we add it to the invoice then it will bill you for those items. The In our business or any business for that matter, if operated on hear say we would lose thousands of dollars. In the future please be sure to check your invoice and verify it for accuracy before making a purchase. I would recommend this with any company with which you do business. Companies are operated by people and people are not perfect. We thank you for your business. And again we apologize for any inconvenience."

Our services are very professional and our work is thorough. unfortunately it costs money to offer these services to our clients. If something isn't in your budget to do it doesn't necessarily mean it's overpriced. It simply means it can't be afforded at that time. I do believe we all experience this from time to time. They did decent and I was pretty pleased with their services. They did take a little longer than they told me. They came out to check out the property and drew out a plan. The first guy they sent out to work on our yard worked on it for a couple hours and broke a couple lights and fixtures so I wasn't to thrilled with them. The guy that broke the lights got fired so they sent out another guy. They did general landscaping cleaning mulch beds and trimming.

It didn't go really well. He kept on changing the scheduling. Finally he came and I gave him my budget which is around 5000$ and he arrived at 8000$. I said I cannot afford it and he came down to 6200$ which was still too much money for me and he said that is all he could do. So I kind of paid that money on the big deal and I really intended to hire him. He said he could do it at first and when he came he said no. I wasted my time and money on him. He should have come in knowing my budget and should have respected it. We discussed many things about how the front should look and things like that and he said it could be done well within the budget, but he came up with a totally different pricing. I can understand if it was 500$ more, but I did not understand how can it suddenly go to 8000$. I am not giving him a F because his computer models was good.

If you buy two sodas from the convenience store And your budget is 1.00 and the clerk says your total is 2.50. Do you give the convenience store a bad review for not respecting your budget? Or do you put a soda back and only buy one so that the total fits into your budget? We were able to get to the 6000 by putting something back. We do not guess at pricing. Nor do we give it away to fit into your budget. If we did this we would not be able to offer the services we offer due to a lack of funds to operate. Again we apologize for any inconvenience."

He seemed very inexperienced. We went back and forth until I stopped hearing from him. He kept wanting to put a front fountain in my yard and that just doesn't fit.

Many scheduling issues. The person doing the sales does a good job with presentation. I was told that flowerbeds would be tilled to help control weed issue, but only shovels were used to skim off top layer. New mulch introduced more and worse weeds than I had before. <br />

Everything went as represented. Crew was professional and worked constantly, even in difficult weather. They were very respectful and hard working throughout the one week + project. The final look of my property was beautiful! The plants were perfect and the irrigation and electrical work are perfect. I would highly recommend this landscaper for any landscape work you might have. <br />
