Workers arrived around 2 PM and finished removing everything by 3 PM. Stump grinder arrived about 5 PM and ground all the shrub stumps and the pine stump and finished by 5:45. Excellent service workers were very friendly. I will hire again! Very satisfied with work done and price. Thank You.

Everything went extremely well. Trees to be removed were in locations that were difficult to access and could cause a lot of damage if cut and dropped wrong. Tru Perfections did an careful, efficient and through job in taking care of the trees.

Tru Perfections called and came to our home the same the same day I sent an email for an estimate. They sent out stellar workers. They were very pleasant and got the job done quickly. They made sure to clean up our yard. Not a twig was left on front yard. Our tree looks beautiful!! Thank you so very much.

Excellent work. They did a very thorough job trimming the trees, hauled the cut branches and chipped them into the bed of a large truck. They left no debris and everything was spick and span when they left. Chris, the climber was truly an expert in this work.

Awesome crew, I have 2 huge oak trees in front, one a Live oak. They came on time and stayed the whole day removing branches over hanging difficult spots. When all was done they cleaned all the branches and the trees look awesome. They also cut down a dead palm and trimmed another.

The crew was professional and  explained what they were going to do. The job was completed quickly and to our satisfaction.

Michael Morgan, owner of Tru Perfections, was the second of two companies I spoke with, who recommended removing the palm instead of trimming it.  Normally I  would cut the tree down myself, but if it fell a few feet wrong in either direction, it would have wiped out our front staircase or the other palms and ground cover we wanted to save.  So, I decided to go with a professional.   <br />   <br /> Mr. Morgan called to confirm his time of arrival for the estimate.  He arrived on time, looked at the situation, answered my questions in a direct manner, and explained a lot about palm trees that helped me decide on removal versus trimming.   He gave me a price which included cleanup and removal of all debris, as well as a firm date for the job. <br /> His price was fair and significantly lower than the other estimate.  He and his crew arrived on the date and time promised, got right to work and had everything finished in one hour, including cleanup.  He was prepared to dig up bushes to keep them from being crushed, but instead was able to tie them back, so none of our ground cover was even touched when the tree fell. <br /> The price he charged was well worth it!   He and his crew were pleasant and professional.  He had a professional vehicle and trailer, not all chromed up and fancy, but well maintained, with his company name. ( I like shiny paint and chrome, but I don't rely on it to choose a service.)  I recommend him and would use him again in future. <br /> <br /> <br />

They did an excellent job.  Very friendly and professional.  Conscientious and knowledgeable.  Reliable with good pricing.  They pruned the tree in a manner that would allow it to grow stronger because of its unhealthy condition.  Willing to make the customer happy. Thorough clean-up after the job is done.  Very highly recommended!
