Very well, hard workers, no fooling around, got right too it and they were pleasant and courteous

I used them last October, and it was a good expierence. This time, I couldn't be more horrified. They worked me in quickly, which was nice. However, a new crew came out to load my property and box up the house. They were set for 8-830AM and showed after 10AM. More than half the crew smelled like burnt marijuana and one guy was clearly high and laughed histerically the whole morning. They did not sticker or invetory boxes, and then ran out of boxes and tape; I bought more tape (which was not creditied to me) and they left to get boxes which took forever (and I paid for that time). They slowly loaded up my property in unsecured boxes, didn't use enough wrap/blankets (torn up table tops, gashed leather, etc.), they dropped a box of collectables and left it on the ground by the trash instead of telling me, they left empty water bottles all over my home, and because it was a long day and they were ready/rushed to leave, they left before taking down some things like the TV in my exercise room. As a side note, I packed the entire house with the exception of storage room and garage. When unpacking at my new place, some guys were good/decent, but mostly more of the same (without the marijuana this time). We found out much of our furniture was damaged because not wrapped or done properly, we are missing boxes, some of the food items packed by them were put in boxes with our chemicals or squished under heavy items, they lost all the bolts to my child's bed and broke some boards on another, they lost the brackets to mount a mirror to a dresser, to hurry and unlead they started putting all boxes in the garage insted of the rooms in the house written on the boxes (clothes and food left outside so I spent a day going thorugh boxes to bring inside), our dryer vent and bracket was left at the old house and the washer left not hooked up. We were told that instead of a discount for the problems we have had, they would come back the next morning to fix the beds and dryer issue and that they would start a claim for the damaged property, no one showed up and they stopped answering our calls. We spent the weekend making new bed supports for one bed and purchasing materials to hookup the dryer (had a neighber help hook it all up). I am sure there is more, as the unpacking is not over yet and we are missing boxes...........attached just a few photos

The movers did a great job protecting my furniture and making sure it was wrapped really well. Nothing got scratched or damaged .

I hired them a 2nd time even They moved along and and seemed very efficient and you could tell they had talents or skills for stacking in careful thoughtful ways into the truck . they corresponded with u in goodly ways. Their team work was exemplar.. They were strong and not whimpy... had great workers who here and there made goodly fun comments to keep spirits up and atmosphere happy and upbeat.. No negativity or vulgarity or swearing that can many times come over with some companies in unprofessional and unwholsome ways. They had great competitive pricing. I would recommend them to everyone .

The service went pretty much flawless, pretty much perfect only complaint was i just wished was that they wore a mask due to the pandemic.

They were so friendly and did a wonderful job! Going to hire them for my next move for sure!!

Larry was very thorough in explaining everything and very accommodating The workers he sent out worked hard, worked long hours and did what I needed them to do .They were just great.

It went really smooth. The most important was we have a couple of expensive stuff like piano and furniture, they wrapped it well and transported without any problem and no damage.
