The new water heater had a malfunction and flooded the house. They quickly responded and also had the guys that dry out the house was there shortly after that. Without hesitation they paid for a hotel for me and is paying to redo the floors. Anytime I call the owner, that’s who I’m dealing with, he answers. This company is very honest and professional. A lot of companies would go as far as this company has. We also have used then in the past and was very happy then.

Eddie, the technician, arrived on time and assessed the job. After we agreed on a very reasonable price for a new water heater, Eddie did the job that same day. He was very knowledgeable and did superior work. I would definitely call them again for plumbing work.

We had a small issue at first, but it was quickly resolved. The owner himself, Mr. Eli, went above and beyond to ensure the matter was taken care of, and with a quickness! We are extremely pleased with the outcome. We'll definitely use them again in the future, and we will recommend them to our family and friends. Honest plumbers are very hard to find, and we're so happy we found EB Plumbing Services - Mr. Eddie Rivera and Mr. Eli Betancourt are the best :)

I experienced plumbing issues over the weekend and this company was the first to respond. The young lady that answered the phone ( Jo) was very pleasant and informative and that's when I knew I made the right choice to use this company for my plumbing needs. My appointment was originally scheduled for 4:00 PM but Jo advised me that she would do her best to have someone out sooner. Eddie arrived hours before my scheduled appointment which made me very happy. Eddie did a fantastic job with unclogging the drains in my home. Eddie was also informative and provided me with suggestions on how to avoid drain clogs in the future. If you are looking for a company that is responsive, on time, and cares about you as a customer, this is the company for you. This company was awesome. There was a leaking water heater. The office staff answered the phone on first try. She verified if my job was an emergency and looked up an appointment for next day. I went ahead and made an appointment. Did contacted her back and she was so professional and understanding each time that I called back. She contacted me before closing to explain the detail of job. She kept me in the loop which is different from other companies. Morning of appointment she contacted me to advise plumber on his way. She was outstanding. He arrived on time with new water heater, and he explained the job completely. Did text him for verification of the job, and he text back immediately. When job was finished. He contacted me to let me know job was done and details of the work. This was a seamless process. Everyone was kind, professional, and understanding. Definitely would hire again.

The company was responsive and timely. The discussion of cost was outlined (without pricing) where a service would be estimated, then additional costs would be applied if their corrective action failed. When challenged on the effectiveness of their proposal, and costs for services, they recanted and agreed to stick to the estimated price. When challenged on competitive pricing, the representative could not validate charges. I believe the total cost was too high for the work performed. Overall, I agreed to the price for two reasons. The situation required an immediate fix, and EB Plumbing is local to me.

I called the office and scheduled an appointment for an hour later, the plumber was already in the area. The plumber arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He did the work correctly and neatly, and provided useful information in response to my questions as he completed the job. I would definitely rehire this company again, they were much better to work with than the larger plumbing company I hired recently, and their prices are reasonable.

Best experience ever! I had just purchased the home and was moving in that day. In the morning found that the shower pipe coming out of the wall was leaking very badly. I needed a plumber that same day! Trust EB Plumbing Services not only were able to schedule an appointment that same day, they showed up right on time. After evaluating the problem, they were able to propose a solution that did not require tearing the drywall out. And then in testing the shower afterwards they found that the shower/tub had been installed incorrectly and there was no hot water. And they fixed it! And then I asked them to look at a slow running bathroom sink, and they fixed it also. These guys are amazing! I am already planning to have them back to do some work in my kitchen. I highly recommend Trust EB Plumbing.

Above and beyond service. The service tech that came to our home, Angel, was professional and courteous. He listened to the problem were experiencing, let us know his game plan and went right to work. After those efforts did not reveal the cause and technically had done the job, he continued to investigate the problems. Turns out a tree root was growing up, into our home, via the sanitary pipe. He then took great measures to rid us of that tangled mess, the root, replaced the broken flange and had us functional again. Highly recommend this contractor and ask for Angel.

I called mid morning to inquire and schedule a appointment as soon as possible. I discussed the work that I needed done and also was quoted the cost of the job.
