I called the company. I told him what was going on. The technician call and arrived on time. He was professional. I asked question and he explained what was happening with the washer. The technician was professional and knowledgeable and fix my Kenmore washer

I had a very disappointing experience with Trusted Handz. While the technician was able to initially diagnose the issue, the overall service lacked organization and clear communication from start to finish. Appointments were delayed or canceled with little notice, and there was confusion between technicians regarding the correct part needed for the repair. Additionally, I never received an invoice after paying the service fee, despite multiple requests. The final technician arrived with the incorrect part, and the situation was never properly resolved. My washing machine was left disassembled and in an unclean condition. Due to the ongoing delays and lack of resolution, I ultimately chose to purchase a new washing machine. I hope the company can improve its communication, coordination, and overall customer service moving forward.

Trusted Handz, LLC, came out to diagnose my dishwasher repair. The owner came! After looking into the problem, he began fixing an issue another company failed to fix. A part was ordered and another technician came out the next week and I was back in business. No longer hand washing dishes that didn't get clean in the dishwasher! An amazing group who made the entire process easy. Highly recommended!

They were very prompt and communicative with me throughout. Kent came and repair was made, as we had the part already ordered. I appreciate this company and shall like them if I have issues again.

Two gas burner knobs were frozen and needed to be replaced. The gas supply line was turned off and the entire unit was removed from the counter top. Disassembled the top cover and removed contents then replaced the needed parts and reassembled then tested and all four burners were working fine. Cleaned unit and removed all trash. Great service!
