BE AWARE! Do not hire this pseudo-mason! Tom was hired to do a complete tuck point of my chimney and he didn't complete the job. I have since learned that Tom is not licensed and bonded; more importantly he can not have liability insurance without being licensed. (You can verify this for yourself by using the state's Labor and Industry site. He has a business license but not the required contractor's license. ) And he does terrible work. He did not complete the job at my residence and now I am having to hire another mason to complete and re-do the work. Tom and Jill are a complete junkshow. I have a long thread of texts between us proving their complete incompetence. Throughout the work at my residence, he missed days of work and I would have to initiate communication to determine when he would show up. Several times, he said he was coming and he wouldn't show-leaving my property vulnerable as I had to extend an electric cord to the outside through a window. And finally, he didn't complete the tuckpointing and he didn't do the acid wash or waterproofing, nor did he replace the clean out door or the cap as promised. I have now had two new bids from other licensed and bonded contractors to finish the work. Both new masons confirmed that Tom did sloppy and incomplete work. He's a total hack. And to add insult to injury, he left a complete mess of my patio and yard by blowing sand everywhere including all over my house and windows. I'm filing a complaint with the State of WA. Angie's List needs to de-list this awful poseur. I am working on getting TRW delisted from every home improvement site so you won't have to deal with the nightmare that I experienced.

They were prompt and easy to communicate with. I needed my fireplace inspected after I bought a house. He did find a minor problem with the fireplace and was able to fix it promptly. Overall it was a good experience.

Tom was great and I intend to hire him again to repair a fence. He was very proactive at communicating when he might arrive to do the work, was very careful about being COVID compliant and did everything quickly for a fair price. I would heartily recommend Tom to anyone who asks and intend to refer to him again in the future when I need another cleaning/inspection.
