Tri Seasons sent a technician over after hours to fix my mother?s central air. After Repairing her unit, the also changed her filters for her before they left.

Steve was an excellent technician who got the job done quickly and efficiently on an extremely hot day where it must’ve been 1000° in my attic! He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him.

I hired a company to fix my AC, and they sent technicians to diagnose the issue and provide an estimate. However, during the second visit, they claimed the initial solution wouldn't work and pushed for a $4,700 replacement, asking for an $850 upfront deposit. I declined, feeling pressured. After seeking a second opinion, another technician discovered that stolen parts were the issue. I informed the original company, but they failed to follow through on their promise to return with the parts and became unresponsive.
