John and his crew did excellent work very quickly. They also did not leave a mess behind. I absolutely would recomend them to others or use them again myself.

Didn't finish for 6 months due to incorrect window ordering. Poor communiaction on when it would be finished. I made the mistake of paying 90% of the value prior to the project being finished

I hired Ross Windows & Doors for the project and Wayne Ross did an outstanding job. I would hire him again.

John and his assistant were efficient, polite, and very competent. We can't begin to tell you how much we appreciated the professionalism of this company. The windows were in ahead of schedule and look beautiful. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend this company. You definitely will be pleased using John and Trystars for your window needs.

I saw that I used Trystars in 2005 for replacement windows, and wanted to leave a positive review , 15 years later! All of the windows are still in good shape and functioning well.

John Ross is great and did a wonderful job on our windows. We needed two custom windows and he was the only one who could do it at a reasonable price. Our energy bill really went down with the new windows.

John Ross was professional and very easy to work with. He called and showed up on time, and was "to the point" on his bid. The installation took less time than I expected and he and his crew cleaned up any mess afterwards. I would use him again without question.

John from Trystars Inc. was by far the best ever!!!! He throughly communicated and was always there when he said he would be. The work performed was done at a very fair rate and had he asked...I would have paid more. There are so many crooked contractors out there that are willing to lie to you just to secure the job, and then they never follow through with their word. I myself am a subcontractor who owns his own business in the kitchen remodeling industry. I have firsthand knowledge of bad contractors where I have been hired to go in behind and clean up their messes. Everyone should know that John is one of the good guys. He cleans as he goes and his work is to the level of a custom tradesman. I would gladly reccomend him and his services to anyone interested. He is a homeowners best friend when it comes to being a professional contractor. He is not a homeowners nightmare unfortunately like so many that are. Feel free to show off my house if you want. The owner of Trystars, John Ross, is the individual who came to my home and replaced a portion of my siding that was damaged by my dogs. I was initially a bit concerned, given that his bid was 50% under another competitor. He was fast, friendly and professional. Our damaged siding was replaced and I am hard pressed to see where the old siding ends and the new siding begins. If you have a siding project, hire him.

John did a great job! His bid was a little higher than the others, but he was worth it. I would HIGHLY recommend him!

John and his staff did an excellent job! Very clean and orderly, and very accomodating to our schedule. John was available to meet with us for an estimate and for the install based on our schedule, and was always very courteous, even after 7:00 p.m. They came in for the install on a Saturday morning and left everything cleaner than it had been when they arrived. The costs was substantially less than other bids, as well. I would highly recommend using Trystar.
