Temur and his team did an exceptional job! I had a U-shaped air conditioner that had to be replaced several times in the past over a short timespan which not everyone has experience installing. They kept communication open while discussing the project, were transparent with costs, and gave regular updates on their arrival time. They were efficient, highly skilled, and left me completely satisfied. I’ve had others work on this before, but this is the first time the process went so smoothly. They cleaned up after finishing the job and removed the old unit. The A/C is working perfectly. I will absolutely hire Temur and his team again!

I contacted Tem about having window spikes installed. I sent photos showing the entire side of my building with all the windows and I also sent individual shots of a few windows so he could see how the window sills looked. I asked him if we could meet so that he could give me an exact quote. He did not respond to my request and quoted $350. I agreed. There were some scheduling issues as he was going to be away due to his son birthday. We agreed on a date between 9a.m. and 10 a.m.. He failed to arrive. I texted him asking if he was still coming. He responded stating that he did not get his notification reminder but could be at my location in an hour. I had been waiting over an hour but I needed the work to be done so I agreed. As I was waiting he calls to clarify the number of windows. I told him 12. He claims he only saw 4 in the pictures and the charge would be going up to $1,300. He had already had me purchase supplies from Amazon. Incredibly unprofessional. I declined his services

Temur did a fantastic job building my full size bedframe. He was very thorough and assembled everything exactly as needed! Even with tough no-give fabric like boucle. Super happy with the result!!

I cannot recommend highly enough! He was absolutely amazing to work with. I attempted to put together one of my cabinets myself and messed it up completely by building it backwards, but he was so nice about it and fixed it with zero issues. He then put together the second one perfectly and quickly. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and just so helpful. I am already planning to have him come back to do more work around my apartment. 11/10
