TSM Roofing Prescott

TSM roofing did an amazing job from start to finish. I contacted 3 companies to quote my 3.000 square foot roof. Tyler was the first to come out and give me a quote. When I compared all 3 quotes using the exact same materials Tyler’s TSM quote was significantly lower than the other two companies. Not only did the crew arrive on time to start the job but they had 8 or 9 guys on the job and and knocked it out in 2 and a half days. Two of my neighbors commented to me that their roofing contractor took a full week and they only had 3 or 4 guys on their crew. The foreman of the crew took pictures and showed me two areas where the wood was bad and needed to be replaced. I also had several broken tiles that were replaced. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up the area around the house. The office staff, Courtney and Carolyn were a pleasure to work with as well. I know three other people who have used TSM and all have had a great experience. I like knowing that I have a 20 year transferable warranty and I also like the idea of supporting a smaller, local family owned business rather than supporting one of the overpriced large companies. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TSM Roofing.

These guys were great! The roofers were polite and did a great job! They cleaned up very well and made sure no nails were on our grass or around the house. I would absolutely recommend them 100%. After getting 4 quotes they were the most professional and their price was great!

TSM Roofing arrived early (6:30 am) to start on my roof. They finished by 1 PM. I had to have some bad boards replaced as well as some facia boards. A couple of facia board were not replace but TSM Roofing followed up asap to correct. Owner Sheldon Murphy was very professional to work with. Courtney Murphy in Accounts Payable was excellent in helping me with my questions/requests. I would definitely hire this company again.

They were great to work with Sheldon is very knowledgeable and professional. The crew showed up on time. When they were done they cleaned up any of the mess around the house. They did an outstanding job. My new roof looks amazing

Excellent service! Crew arrived on time and were extremely professional and well organized. Team leader (Dustin) communicated well throughout the entire process and we had a walk thought after the job was completed. The team on site worked together very well and the entire project was completed in under 6 hours. One of the team members told me that they had broken one of my solar lights and apologized. Dustin actually replaced the broken light with a box of 4 lights! TSM’s price was very good compared to competition and the quality of work received was excellent. Thank you for a job well done

Dustin was professional . I'm very happy with the company and with the employee they sent to give me a new roof. I was extremely happy with how fast they got me on the schedule. The communication was perfect the job was well done. I would definitely recommend them.

During a rain storm, we noticed our roof leaking. We contacted TSM and Dustin came out as soon as possible. He was extremely professional and assessed the damage. That bright sunny day that he was there to do the estimate quickly turned rainy. Dustin came back after dark and covered the leaking areas that needed to be repaired so no further damage would occur until repaired. The roof was repaired and looks great! We definitely know who to call for any further roofing needs!

Dustin Denmark and his team at TSM Roofing were excellent! It's good to know I now have a roofer in my contacts for the future. During the monsoons we experienced in Oct 2018, we had encountered some leaky areas in our roof. At that time all roofers in the valley were months out in work. TSM was able to fit us in later that week for an inspection and estimate. Dustin was not only very professional but also very knowledgeable. Their pricing was half of what the insurance company contractor provided in their estimate. Dustin was able to schedule us for the repair two weeks out, and in the meantime placed some tar on the roof to prevent further leaks. They did a great job!!
