They did not complete the job. We paid them a little over half the cost of the job, $3500 + $1000 in finishing materials, totaling $4500. We bought the bulk of the materials, so I think there was a lot of dishonesty in their material reimbursement. The total labor was supposed to cost $6500. Tim said he couldn't finish the job due to chemo, which is understandable. The problem is that he accepted the job and left us in a worse position than we were in. We had a functioning bathroom upstairs. By the way, this is our master bath. Now we have no toilet, missing walls, no shower, no counter, no sink, no mirror. On top of that, he wanted an additional $750, but he hadn't completed the work we already paid him for.

Absolutely as planned and hoped for. The owner Tim was great to have work for me as he is honest and overall prompt. I found that he was very much knowledable of the different woods and finishes I asked for.
