Extremely well. Travis is super friendly and an extremely hard worker. He went above and beyond. He made sure I was completely satisfied with every detail of the job. He even checked in along the way to make sure things were proceeding like I wanted. He even did a thorough cleanup. I would highly recommend Travis and TS Tree Service!

Pretty good, hard working folks, just could not wait to get to work. A little confusion on the price, I thought it was low for the amount of work that needed to be done. I made it up to them. I will hire them again for sure.

Travis seemed very anxious for the work. I called him and he accepted the bid on Saturday. I made sure that he understood that I needed the trees cut, hauled away and the stumps ground. He came out on Saturday and cut the trees right away. He said that he would need to rent a stump grinder on Monday and would come back on Monday and finish the job. We agreed that I would pay him on Monday when the job was finished. He left saying that his guys would come and clean up the trees and haul them away in about 30 minutes. They showed up two hours later and cleaned up the trees. They left quite a bit of debris in the ground cover. I figured it was okay and I would finish the clean up. Travis called me later saying that he needed payment so that he could pay his guys. He showed up at my house at 10:30 pm. Once again assuring me that he would return to finish on Monday. Monday came and went. He didn't show up. When contacted, he assured that he would come on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. He didn't show up. When contacted again, he said he would come on Wednesday. You guessed it, he didn't show up on Wednesday. Attempts to contact him were not acknowledged. Now, I need to find someone else to remove the stumps. Unbelievably unprofessional. Would not recommend.

They did a great job cutting the tree and made it look really nice. I'm not sure if he was just really busy or what but he struggled with getting to the job when he said he would... time management. For someone who is prompt, it was frustrating. But everything eventually got done and it looks great!

It was good. They did what they said they were gonna do and when they were gonna do it. I called them and they gave me an estimate over the phone. They came in the next day and did the job.
