I tried to give no stars but the system won?t allow it! Heat is still not working properly after paying close to $500!!! When I questioned that my heater seemed to still not be working properly, I was dismissed immediately with a ? you don?t understand how it works, it?s fixed now!? Too bad I worked in the field for hvac many years ago, and IT IS NOT FIXED!!!! Problem is worse than before so thanks for NOTHING! Any women out there, don?t hire these clowns, they will dismiss you as well!!!! Don?t you waste your time & money folks!

PT Mechanical answered call in no time. Part went bad in furnace in the extreme cold weather. Came right over and had part sent overnight. Came the next morning and had heater running. Great experience. Will be calling again.
