TTLC was the BEST Roofing Company that I have ever used. They did an excellent job, the crew was professional and did the install in one day. The project manager Sergio was on site three times during the installation and always available via text or cellphone. The entire company is very client focused. My house looks amazing! TTLC’s Chris Rojo went above and beyond my expectations. My original siding was damaged in a hail storm. Chris went to bat for me! Met with the insurance inspector. Walk through every bit of the house. He said he was negotiating for new siding for my house. I told him that I didn’t think it could be done. He proved me wrong! He got the funds and did the job. Now it feels like a brand new house! Thanks Chris!

The team from TTLC made the entire process simply and easy. I had a dedicated project manager that essentially took care of everything for us. I barely had to get involved at all, other than choosing days for installation. We chose from a variety of samples and colors which all looked nice. They did a really good job replacing our roof and gutters. If you need any roof, siding or gutter work, I definitely recommend TTLC!

I contacted TTLC last year to get an estimate on my roof and siding because of some storm damage that I had! Jordan came by to do an inspection and to be honest I was a bit apprehensive just because I’ve had multiple companies come by and promise they would get my roof and siding covered by the insurance and none of them came through for me. So after having Jordan do his inspection they contacted my insurance company and they met with them here to have them also take a look. Of course the Insurance gave us a hard time and dragged their feet but TTLC stayed on top of them and finally got them to pay for a new roof, siding, gutters etc. Yas also got involved and made sure I received the quality of product and color my wife and I wanted. He followed up with me on a regular basis and kept me informed about the whole process. In such a competitive space few thing that matters is commitment, communication, and follow through. Yas and his team check all boxes. I will definitely recommend them to all my neighbors, friends, and family. Thanks again house looks great and you guys were great!

TTLC did a great job with my roof install that had 20 years of wear and tear. Very professional throughout the entire process. The roof is now much better than the original builder-grade quality that was there before. My project manager Matthew Long was professional and gave updates throughout the project.

Todd Wambsganss was very knowledgeable when it came to roofing and city codes. He made the whole process (roof repair) as smooth as can be. Very professional and communication was on point.

It went fast and everything looked good until a year later, we start seeing water damage inside the house We called the city to try and find out who the insurance company is on the permit, and they have no permit They come back to repair it one time and professional said that it was not fixed properly and we have to hire another roofer with our own money and pay it out again TTLC got the money and now we're filing a second complain for the house damage inside the house and we have to hire somebody to do the roofing.

This company did a wonderful job, I will hire to them again.. Excellent Professional Work. My house looks beautiful. I'm so excited to tell others about this company. Thank you.

Quick response to estimate request; very reasonable/competitive price; amazingly fast scheduling of the job (a couple of days). Very efficient/professional crew showed up on time and got the job done including thorough cleanup well before dinner time! Owner/Project Manager Todd was always very responsive to any/all questions I had. Would definitely use TTLC again if the need arises. Strongly recommend TTLC to those considering a roofing project.

Davin (815) 630-1780 was very helpful with dealing with our insurance company. It is stressful having to deal with insurance companies but he made it a stress free process while being easy to talk to. Davin spoke with our insurance company so that we did not have to. He is an approachable person that is helpful and will answer any question that you might have. He helped us pick a color/design that we are very happy with. I spoke to many other companies but Davin at TTLC was the guy that actually listened to what I wanted done. He was always available whenever I had a question. If you are looking for someone, he’s your guy!

TTLC and their team were phenomenal through and through. The best roofing company I have ever worked with from start to finish. They handled everything with my insurance company and even managed to fight for full approval of my roof after I got stuck with repairs. Through their hard work and knowledge, I was able to get a new; roof, gutters, and an AC unit. If anyone is looking for a local contractor to work with near Plainfield I highly recommend DAVIN!

Todd and his crew did a great job from the time he came to look at my roof to the last shingle picked up. Todd also took care of everything with the insurance and made it easy for me and my wife. You would’ve never known they were there with the great job they did cleaning up too. Definitely recommend TTLC.
