It went beautifully.  There was a lot of taping that had to be done where colors joined.  Mike was very meticulous and the cut lines were very straight.  He finished in the time he allowed and helped with furniture moving and picture hanging.  There was nothing I needed that wasn't done and done right. <br /> Mike and his helper were just the friendliest guys.  Except was the mess inherent in painting, it was a very pleasant experience. <br />

In the end we reached a fair compromise, otherwise I would have kicked him of the job, move-in deadline notwithstanding. <br /> I ended up stripping and repainting the vents, though I let Mike do a few in place that were okay enough to pass, I had to have Mike redo a few cieling swhere he was thin or uneven - i have sparyed empty homes and there is no reson no to get great coverage - and in the weeks past I can see some other unevely applied spots. <br /> I will have my regular guy make it all right and won't be asking Mike back. That said, he did do a reasonable job for a reasonable price, so if your expectations are in line with his work, you should be happy. Certainly not Tucson best painter. <br />

He started when he said he would and finished when he said he would. He was very neat and meticulous about the work.

The gentleman was excellent. He was excellent and he did a wonderful job. His clean up was wonderful and I just can't say enough about him. I wasn't dissatisfied with the price.

Mike does an excellent job. He is on-time as promised and works a full day on site. His work is excellent - he is an expert at masking so there is never any paint in places it is not supposed to be. We were very impressed with the way that he cleaned up every day, took any trash away and organized his tools and paint for the next days work. He is very detailed - a perfectionist that delivers excellent quality at a fair price. We will use him again in the future when we need the exterior painting done.
