Due to a poor installation of the ceramic tiles when our home was built, we had to have several tiles in our kitchen replaced. Simon quickly gave us a quote and the job cost exactly what he originally quoted. Kyle came to do the repair. We cannot say enough good about Kyle and the job he did. Our kitchen floor looks great and you cannot any difference between the original tile and the repair job. The quote stated it might make three days to complete the job but Kyle finished in one afternoon. We are so pleased with the outcome.

Purchased 8/16... received proposal on 9/29..... (after several email prodding's) No drawings, no ideas, "many customers send in photos" was the suggestion. Received a dollar breakdown of category budgets. No design was delivered.

1. Time was set at 3 pm and called to confirm appointment at 11 am so I could not make it. 2. Tried to convince my wife that the job was too expensive that it would leave fine dust all over the house. 3. The person had no tile samples, tub samples or examples of work performed. 4. When done my wife said he did his best to try to talk her out of the work. 5. He said he would give us names of places to go and pick out tile, new bathroom fixtures and tub. My wife had to call and run this guy down to get the name of the tile place. 6. We have not heard from this company and would like a full refund. 7. We plan to move on to another group to do our remodel.

They gentleman who came to my house was clean and very knowledgeable. He was also patient with all of my questions and helped me pick out a new grout color!
