Very well. They were prompt and very thorough. They did not rush and completely emptied the septic tank. The price I was quoted was not the lowest, but l know that the job was done well.

I believe they did a GOOD job at a FAIR price, which I appreciate. I specifically asked to make sure that the technician would be wearing a mask (during a pandemic that has killed over half a million Americans). They said that he would (he wore a gaiter, which is fine). But during part of the time, he had his gaiter off, and no other mask, standing maybe 7 and a half feet away from me, talking to me while I was, at his request, looking at my computer screen to see if I'd gotten the invoice that had been sent by his office. Man, I sure hope he wasn't an asymptomatic carrier, because if he was, I might be toast (I can't NOT LIVE in my house for three days). Is it really THAT hard to keep a mask on for 25 minutes, when someone's life could depend on it? Frankly, I'd rather pay a little more and be GUARANTEED that he'll keep it on! I **DON'T KNOW** whether I'd use them again or not. I'd be inclined not to, unless no other company with a decent rating is available. But Angie's list **FORCES YOU* to say whether or not you would use them again, and at least in this case it's not as simple as "Yes" or "No." *Maybe* I will, but I'd be inclined to try elsewhere, at least as long as this pandemic is raging.

They were super professional with keeping us informed about what was happening with our septic tank. The price was as quoted. They were very timely and friendly! We are only going to use them for our septic tank system needs! Thank you again!

I have two septic tanks and they quoted $249 each over the phone. When they came out the pricing changed with add-ons to $950. I called the supervisor and the secretary and they changed the pricing back.

From the time that we contacted Turbo Rooter Plumbing & Septic, LLC we were treated with respect! I spoke to Stephanie when I called to make an appointment. She informed me that there schedule was booked on the day that I requested. However, she was able to accommodate me with another day that worked for me. Stephanie was very polite and nice over the phone, as well as answered the questions that I had. The technicians Ryan and Ronnie's work was exceptional! They unclogged our Kitchen sink drain line in our basement that was stopped up. After unclogging the drain in the Kitchen basement they discovered that the line upstairs had now become clogged. They willfully unclogged this line as well and did not charge anything extra from what was already quoted. My wife and I are extremely grateful and thankful that we contacted Turbo Rooter Plumbing & Septic Company!
