From the very first meeting with Alex, it was clear they were by far the most knowledgeable team we spoke with about this kind of installation. They walked us through the entire process, answered all our questions in detail, and gave us confidence that we were in good hands. The installation itself was smooth, professional, and the quality of the work speaks for itself?our backyard looks amazing! The turf feels natural, drains well, and has completely changed how we enjoy our outdoor space. If you?re considering turf installation, I highly recommend Turfland. I regret choosing this company. While Alex and David presented themselves as professional at first, they quickly proved otherwise by subcontracting the work without proper oversight. Communication was poor throughout the project, as they were often unreachable and unresponsive. The experience was stressful, disappointing, and far from professional. I would advise others to consider different contractors.

Choose Turfland!!! Working with Turfland and Alex was as good an experience with a vendor as you can get. I had no idea what it would take to hire a company and get the job done correctly. We wanted the turf installed in between large concrete pavers. But at the paver intersections we wanted to make them ready for custom LED pavers we had ordered (but were months away from delivery). I went to Yelp and posted that I was looking for a Turf Installer. Within hours I was overwhelmed with companies wanting my turf job. I had included photos of the job with my quote request, and several responses said $10/s ft installed. We did the math and figure Itâ s a $5600 job. 16 companies emailed me and said they wanted the job. I emailed 3 companies with good reviews that quoted the $10/ft.. Two of three showed up and immediately started telling me how complicated the job was. And the $10/ft job went up and up. The first quote came in at $7600. The second one came in and quoted the job at $6500 plus materials â and under materials they had $800 worth of nails listed (Over $10k total). At this point I replied to 14 more companies to give me a quote. 14 companies made appts and only 10 showed up. 10 came to the house spent time with me and took measurements and only 8 sent me estimates. Of the 8 estimates each company measured the rectangle area of the job differently â the quoted square footage was from 220 up to 800 sq feet â For an area that is 280.We had a few delays in us being able to let Alex start the job â but Alex called every few days to see how our progress was. Alex showed up on a Monday morning, and we walked through all the details of the contract to be done. I had some slight add ons to the job and Alex said no problem Iâ ll take care of that. My experience with contractor is that No problem for them is more money for me. But Alex made the adds to the contract and resent it to me while onsite and there were no add ons. He did convince me to expand the scope of the job and we added another 350/sq ft to the job (that he did not throw in). Alex, said his team would take maybe 2 days to complete the job. Alexâ s time estimate was the only thing that wasnâ t as stated. Alexâ s crew was here for 6 full long days to complete our job. During the week they were here Alex stopped by 1 to 4x a day to stay on top of the job.Owning multiple apartment buildings and remodeling our home for the last several years â There are not many companies that do a great job, give great service, and donâ t keep readjusting the bill every time you blink. If you are going to spend thousands or tens of thousands of dollars for a turf installation â then reading a long review like this tells you that this home owner not only appreciates the great job Turfland did but truly appreciated the way the company (and Alex) conducted business. Turfland is the kind of company you want to do business with.

I am absolutely thrilled with the artificial grass installation by Turfland! Their team did a fantastic job transforming my front and backyard into a lush, green oasis. The attention to detail and professionalism throughout the entire process was impressive. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, Turfland exceeded my expectations.
